Good but cup holder very weak

This is a great bag. I bought it for a trip to Prague and Budapest and found it just the right size for what I wanted to carry. Nice design for keeping my valuables tucked away but my other stuff easily accessible. My only complaint is that I was only traveling for a week and the cup holder tore. I did have a beverage in there 100% of the time but I expect more. I intend to reach out to Travelon to see if they will repair it.
Shoulder strap design is poor

The bag is quite roomy, construction quality is good.However the shoulder strap is soft, slippery and narrow -this makes the bag feel overly heavy.A somewhat wider and stiffer strap would make this bag feel lighter,as it would cut less into shoulder.

I had previously usd PacSafe bags, but wanted to try something different and maybe a little less expensive for a upcoming trip. The Travelon series seems to meet all of the anti-theft criteria that one could want, and is very useful as a Bag. The fabric and construction, however, are fairly heavy, and may become troublesome at the end of a long day.

Great travel bag! Needed something to pack camera and umbrella and everything fits perfectly here and doesn't look like you are a tourist. Has multiple pockets and adjustable strap.

Just the right size for traveling for an older person. Others are too big or too small for me. on a flight. This fits what I need but is not too heavy.

I thought I would really like this bag...lots of organizer compartments and the anti theft protection...I have had it only a few months ..and have used it for maybe 10days total.... this morning the clasp on the strap became completely detached from the loop it attaches to with the open/close toggle...it is quite bent and the metal is very strong....it could have been like this for sometime... as long as the strap stayed attached, I would not have noticed. The bag had had only light use ...and was not that inexpensive. Very , very disappointed. Because if the special security features, it does tend to be a little heavier.
