Extremely dissatisfied. This tote is not black as pictured but dark brown, yet with her black straps. The graphics are not high quality but grainy and colors are muted. Worst, the package came crumpled and caused deep scores in the leather, so bad in some places that the leather is splitting. I was hoping to use this for work but it is too shabby. A new purse should not look like this.
Cracks everywhere.

This purse is beautiful and I get a lot of compliments on it, however it is not holding up at all. Iâm very light on my purses and this one is just cracking everywhere. Super bummed. I have only used it for three months.

I purchased this and the matching wallet for my daughter for Christmas, the wallet came but the purse didn't so I contacted them and they shipped the replacement purse right out, this is a wonderful company and the purse was great quality, I would definitely recommend this to anyone that loves Paris things.

This handbag is basically as shown, seems to be of reasonable quality and the design is printed on both sides. Only issue is that the strap is attached right through the design, so the dog is a bit obscured.
