Beautiful purse, strap too short

I don't know if my torso is too long or if I'm too tall, but the strap was too short for it to work as a crossbody. The purse ended up sitting on a weird spot high on my hip and it didn't look right. It's a terrible shame because it's a very beautiful purse that is incredibly well made considering the price.

Very small purse, 7x7". Guess I didn't realize just how small that is. Can't use as crossbody as strap is too short.
