The bag is really cute, however, it is more like a hard plastic shell. It does have a nice amount of space to carry all the necessities but this material was getting creases just opening & closing. I also did not like the chain strap as it is scratchy and too thin. I did however put on one of the replacement straps I like using to change up the whole look of some of my bags & this bag looks AWESOME with the 59" gold & leather chain that you can buy here on Amazon. It is a gold chain with a strip of black leather woven through it! I will see if I can upload a photo of the strap because I switch this one out on so many of my bags and get sooo many compliments on my bags!
The chain strap is not strong.

Nice purse but the chain strap popped on the first day. I had to carry as a clutch bag. Im gonna replace the strap.
