I really love this purse however, the crossbody strap broke the other day. The metal circular piece that the hook/clip part attaches to separated so I cant really use the bag anymore which is very disappointing since it is only less than a month old. Can I get a replacement crossbody strap? The first picture is the hook on the side that isn't broken, the other two pictures are how I had to rig the strap so I can use it until I either find a replacement strap or buy a new purse. :(

After unwrapping multiple layers of bags/wraps I noticed a slight smell. I then noticed that the zipper was broke (I tried zipping multiple times to see if I could get it zip without bubbles & holes to no avail). I was thinking I could deal with those things however then I noticed 2 feet were missing off the bottom leaving holes. (while wrapping it back up I found the feet in one of the bags that it was in) Also, the edging of the bag and shoulder strap had a sticky/rubber feeling.

Poor quality. The outside is about what you would expect for the price point. The inside though... the lining is cheap nylon/plastic and ripped as soon as I unzipped what passes for a center âpocket.â Itâs so cheap it makes plastic crinkle noises. Super cute looking in the pictures, and on the outside in person. Pass on it though, and head to the nearest superstore and get something at the same price, but better quality.

Cute purse, bought to wear to a class reunion. Glad I purchased well in advance as the product had an unpleasant smell when it arrived. Took about a month+ Of leaving it outside all day for smell to dissipate enough to be able to use the purse.

This is a very cute purse. I have already gotten compliments on it. Its a little small but not to bad. The bow on the handle is not attached. It is hanging on the strap with a metal loop. That's my only complaint. Since its not attached it flops around. Wish it was more secure. I still would recommend especially for the price.

I love these purses! So much so, Iâve purchased them in 4 colors. Theyâre well made, not too heavy (I have neck issues and need a lighter purse), and they're the perfect size for what I need

It is cute and seems to be pretty durable. I have splashed coffee on it more than once and it just wipes right off which is awesome for me. The inside pocket did completely split down one side within the fist week. All the stitches came out of that side.
