I was expecting a bag 20 inches wide like the photo and stated size. The model must have been a little girl, for the bag to appear that large. My bag is 16 inches wide. I like the color and material. Disappointed with size deception and no return slip. The seller has apologized for the size discrepancy and offered a refund, which is admirable.

Nice enough handbag but I can't use it! It smells like cat urine. It's awful! It came in a sealed package and when I opened it the smell was horrible. What a waste of money since I'm not sending it all the way back to China.
