Soft, spacious, just the right number of exterior pockets for car keys and cell phone and hand sanitizer. I got it because I've been carrying meds lately with me due to health issues and my go-to day to day bag was just too small. This bag looks sharp, the straps are wide and stay put on the shoulder well and I'm very happy with the purchase.
