Snapped heel 1 month after purchase*

So disappointed, I wore these heels maybe 3x/wk or less after ordering them early July and then last week, while walking in my office parking garage, the heel snapped on my left one. Not repairable. Looked to see if there was any warranty, nope. Love Nine West but wow, spent this much on a shoe I wore maybe 10x at most. I have the suede blue pair and love them; just hope they don't snap either. *(ps, I'm not overweight nor overly exerting myself on my heels as I walk, I believe this was a defunct pair - SO disappointed there is no warranty or quality control to assist in replacing the shoes)

My daughter usually wears a 9.5 but we had to exchange for a smaller size. Beautiful shoe. She can wear it dressed up or down. She wore these to Prom and she said that we're great.

I ordered a size 7, my normal size for Nine West. This shoe was a tad bit snug. I'm keeping them because I'm afraid a 7.5 may slip of the back of my narrow heels.

I purchased a pair of these from the manufacturer almost 2 years ago and they quickly became my favorite black pump!! I wore them so much that it was time to get another pair in my shoe Arsenal. I was ecstatic to find them here on Amazon at $35 discount. However, what I received is NOT the same shoe. This shoe fit much more snug and when compared to my old ones, made me wonder if these might be a knock-off brand. I took side by side photos and they are Not the same shoe! Sadly, they must be returned!!
Perfect shoes UNTIL THE HEEL BREAKS.

I LOVED these shoes! I had been looking for a pair to wear to work, that would be comfortable to walk in all day, and after about a 2-week breaking-in period (which sucked, but got much better when I started spraying a leather stretching spray in them before wearing!) they were perfect. UNFORTUNATELY after wearing for about 2 months (mostly indoors, and I'm quite used to walking in heels around this height, so it was not related to how I walked in them) the left heel snapped! Couldn't be repaired. So disappointed. I returned them and got another pair of the same shoe, and now after about the same amount of time/wear, the SAME THING is happening to the left shoe!!! If the heels didn't keep breaking, these would be the PERFECT shoe. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I am a flight attendant and this is the perfect shoe! I love it. Classic pump but the arch is perfect. Some heels have a weirdly placed arch and it looks funny. I have searched high and low and I have not found a better shoe for the price. I repurchase this shoe every 6 months. I wear it every day at work & sometimes during the entire flight which is why they have a short lifespan with me.

December 2019 update! I am so sad to say the quality is just NOT there anymore. Like at all. Iâve been buying these shoes for work for about three years and I feel like this last year the quality just took a complete dump. I bought these shoes in around maybe Sep and the sole started peeling. Got in contact with Amazon and they sent out a replacement right away, got them super fast- Amazon is amazing. But the SHOE :( So the replacement I got lasted me about 2 months and the stem of the heal is all beat up. Like you can easily see the plastic underneath- it looks trashy Also the sole is peeling up again (left and right).. and the rubber tip on the stem is almost gone and the metal post is starting to show lol. These shoes used to last me about 8 months to a year of wear. Maybe I started stomping around the office and and didnât realize it but.... these shoes might be better suited for a once in awhile occasion and not everyday at work...I absolutely love this shoe. I wear these shoes every single day at work. Iâm not on my feet 100% of the day but Iâm up and down in the office for at least 6 hours a day and my feet (almost) never get tired or hurt by the end of the day. I usually get about a years worth of wear in them.. and Iâve bought them about three times. I get them in the 8.5 black leather and the leather is super beautiful and soft. It doesnât scrape off or mark up very easy like some of the other cheaper materials out there. I am just in love with this shoe!!! Itâs SO comfortable, you donât ever have to break these in either! I straight up get them straight out of the box and on my feet they go to work! Iâve had one pair where the little heel tops fell off a little earlier than usual.. and this last pairs inside came apart a little easier than Iâve had before, but Iâm still pretty sure thatâs just from my stress-sweaty stinkers being in overdrive this year. OH YEA! I wear them mostly for work but I also wear them straight out of the office to night plans. Theyâre seriously so perfect and sexy without being extra.

These pumps are amazing! I did get them 1/2 size bigger after getting some of the fabric Tatiana Pumps and realizing that an 8 was a better fit. I have wider feet. I have the plain black leather ones and they are a great every day shoe for work (I wear heels every day). They fit a big snug when I first got them but after 2 days of wearing them they have stretched out and are very comfortable. I am loving the Nine West Tatiana Pumps and will continue to get these as my "go-to" work pump!

Die Pumps haben die Farbe Koralle, also wirklich kein rot. die Schuhe hab ich eine Nr. gröÃer als üblich genommen und ich mach das sonst nie und sie passen, wobei ich finde, dass das Leder recht hart ist und ich hoffe ich geh sie bald ein. Die Höhe ist in Ordnung (10 cm), ich kann gut damit gehen und zu spitz verlaufen sie zum Glück auch nicht vorne. Mir gefallen sie sehr gut.

Attractive shoe for work. Fit a little narrower in toe box than expected. Perhaps 1/2 size up would be good but they don't offer 11.5. The length of shoe was pretty true to size.

Lors du premier essai, les chaussures étaient très serrées mais le cuir s'est élargi petit à petit et elles me font désormais très bien. Je les adore anyways.
