Defective strap/hardware.

This is the second time I have purchased this "bag". The first time I purchased it, the strap worked fine for a couple of months. Then the hardware that held the strap broke; making the strap useless. I thought maybe I put too much tension on it. I purchased the same bag, same color (blue) in August. Today the hardware came loose again. Once again, I cannot use the strap and prefer not to use the purse without the strap. So, maybe the strap on the first purse was not user error. Both times, the strap came loose from the purses after the return "window". I will not order this again; it is obviously a defect in the purse.

I really like this purse. It is the size of a large wallet and will not fit much more than your wallet essentials. I am able to fit my keys, a roller perfume, lipstick in however. The phone fits nicely in the front. The chain strap gives it a classy fun look. I love having a small purse and wallet all in one. It is very comfortable to carry as a cross over purse.The one thing that I absolutely hate is on the front it has Baellerry Leather originally from Korea on it. But I don't hate it enough to take off a star, however I' not sure I would repurchase in another color because of that.
Zipper popped the first time I used it

The first time I used the case the zipper popped. My phone fit fine. It closed, and I put it around my neck and my phone fell out. I have put for a replacement from Amazon, but I am wondering if I really want to risk my phone again

For everything I needed and the easy access to my cell phone was perfect. Wish it didn't have anything printed on it though.
