Kinda happy but not thrilled

1st off there's not alot of negative but mostly positive w/some disappointment in how they shipped it. They could of taken more thought into how it was packed. The one thing that was great was double bagged. A soft bag that it was in & then in an outer bag but I wish it had been in a bag & flat inside a box. The disappointing part is that they folded the bottom to I guess fit in the bags but it caused the bottom to collapse w/a crease from end to end & it's not solid @ the bottom no stability therefore it collapses somewhat & I like this bag so I'll deal w/it as best I can & order a more stable solid purse. It's a good size pockets could be a little bigger zippers appear pretty good (I don't abuse my purses & zippers so they should hold up I hope) & it's not heavy whatsoever. I just really wish they didn't fold it. I'm hoping over time it'll work its way out & become stable. Gonna look for another one once again. It's made really well came w/the long strap & all the hooks are in good shape. Deep blk color & looks just like the picture. Just a little heartbroken. Advice to this co don't pack your purses folded any more. Be a little more observant of the outcome to your product. If reflects on u as a co to do shoddy work. Otherwise it's a good purse. Came fast & on time just a little sad . NOW AN UPDATE: I've had it several days & needed to add this. The main top zipper isn't good @ the end of it cause u have to squeeze the end of the purse to get the zipper to move. Once it does it's fine but if you're in line somewhere & in a hurry u can't zip it up fast enough & w/1 hand (if it's on your arm like most women it is) so that's a huge hindrance (@ least for me) but the back zipper is great. Bigger pull tabs on the inside pockets would be better. Now cause of what I carry (a bigger thicker wallet & 5 checkbook covers cause we have multiple banks for different purposes) I had to cut out the divider pocket. I hated to do that cause I can't say enough good things about the middle divider pocket it's stitched tight & stands up good no collapsing @ all. But it was a hindrance again cause of what I carry. The lining is made out of a good material not loose @ all. Thick but not overpowering just thick enough so it's not cheeply made. So by cutting out that divider pocket it gave me all the open space. Shouldn't of added that in the 1st place (personal choice tho) but @ least it was done perfectly. Anyway the purse is very well made & no smell & a pretty good size except for these flaws. Ordered a better one but still this is a pretty good one. Fix your main zipper issue & maybe no divider pocket (some women don't like that kind anyway) & you'll have a great purse

I really love this bag the color is more of a pumpkin color I was hoping for a lil darker but itâs okay Iâll just keep looking for a darker one canât ever have to many purses also the shoulder strap has a good thickness to it the one thing is the back zipper opened in the middle of it the teeth came apart I open closed it and they went back in I just hope it doesnât keep happening in all a nice bag I wish there were more choice in colors

Nothing like the photo. I purchased the mustard yellow, but it ended up being a bright banana yellow instead. The inside was really poor quality - thing material and really unattractive print. Not a fan! When I returned it even the lady accepting the return at Kohlâs was laughing with me that it wasnât very attractive in person. Oh well...
