Received the item defective- broken zipper

Bought this bag for my aunt for Mother's Day as her son is a deadbeat so course it's very important to me to make her feel special just like any other mother on Mother's Day so I purchased them both handbags and only to my surprise I received the bags today in the zipper is broken and I took it out of the bag like this very upset as I don't have enough time to return the purse and have a new one sent by the time Mother's Day comes the bag itself is beautiful great craftsmanship sturdy I'm sure this was a mistake and the assembly line just didn't catch the defect and let it pass on through and of course I had to be the lucky one to receive it especially being on a time crunch in order to get a refund or an exchange I have to return the purse therefore it would take me going to the post office with all three of my children and putting us all in danger just to return a purse that I received damaged it's not fair and it's very upsetting still a reason I gave the low-scoring

I do like the purse, but it's already ccoming apart in 2 places. Thought I kept misplacing things. Come to find out it's all under the lining of the purse. And the stitching on the outside pocket has started to come undone. Other than that I like it.

Been using this bag for school. Ive had it for over 2 months now. Its holds my book, notebook, and my ipad. I got the cinnamon color. I love it.
