Company does not stand behind their product

Very disappointed in this bag. The stitching on the side pocket came undone after only a couple times of use.Company would not let me return because I was not within 30 day return limit. I bought it in the summer waiting to use in the fall.

Vegan does not wear like leather.

I loved this purse when I received it. The style, color and outside pocket where exactly what I was looking for. However after a week or so the edges of this purse began to "crack". I was very surprised and disappointed.

Soft buttery “leather” bag—-love it, mostly!

Love that this is a vegan bag... really looks and feels like leather. You get two bags. One fits inside the other, although I prefer to use mine separately. I’d like to get more Joy Susan bags... for myself and for gifts ... but will opt for different styles next time... bigger and wider at the top. The bucket style looks great but can be hard to get into and things sometimes get lost at the bottom.
