Poor quality and Customer Service

I ordered two pairs of these shoes and was very skeptical from reading the previous reviews. The shoes are not well made at all. I wore one pair half a day and the shoe began folding from the back. I sit in an office all day. The shoes are made with cheap quality. I returned both pairs and only received a credit for $7 for one pair and 14 for the other pair. The seller actually charges you the shipping if you return it. Do not waste your money these shoes are horrible quality and you will not receive your full refund. The shoes donât deserve even 1 star.

I love these shoes! For $20 they are a bargain! I was expecting cheap quality, but they aren't. The little elastic piece in the heel actually keeps them on and I didn't have to buy a bigger aize to accommodate the pointed toe. I may buy these in more colors!

I'm a true size 7 normal width and that's what I ordered (7B). These fit fine. Ever so snug at first but definitely not painful and fits fine after foot settles. I would not recommend to size up or down just order your true size based on your foot measurements. Shoe is comfortable at first try on and 100% true to image as far as style and color. Definitely doesn't look cheap, so for the money spent this was a good find in my opinion.

Very cute and stylish. Fit perfectly well considering the bunion I have, most flats always fit too narrow or tight in that area. The coverage is also very nice doesnât allow my pinky to snoop out. The back area was starting to discomfort as I walked but I didnât notice the gel pack it came with. So next time I use them Iâll make sure to also use the gel pack to avoid discomfort. Minus because a tad of discomfort and also because on the first use they scuffed easily (I was at a museum nothing extreme).
Broke down after one wear

They are so cute, but now they donât stay on because the back completely broke down over itself with one day of wear. I walk a lot for my job, but they should have held up much better than this. There is a piece of elastic in the back to hold to your heel, but it doesnât work. The size was right. Iâm so disappointed.
They stretch fast and don't fit anymore

These fit perfectly at first. I got the black suede size 7.5. The first day I wore them, they were perfect, aside from a little rubbing on the heel, but that is expected since I hadn't broken them in yet. Day 2 (today) of wearing them is unfortunately my last day. They are way too big now from stretching out. They started out okay, but by the time I got to my office from my car, they were falling off. I can't even keep them on from my office to the copier because they flop around so much. Pretty disappointing. I also ordered a nude pair, which I will be returning since I haven't worn them yet. Sadly it's probably too late to return these.

It is hard for me to pick an option under "How does this product fit". The first time I wore these they were fine - a little snug but to be expected with a new shoe. After about 2 wears these turned out to be the actual worst pair of shoes I've ever put on my feet. They became so stretched out and slipped right off my foot after two wears. The back has no grip and slips off of your foot. I happened to be at work the day I realized this and was left without any shoes for a half a day. I literally had to rubber band these to my feet when leaving my office and walk (downtown) to my car. I also noticed that the color was flaking off to reveal an orange material. These shoes seem to be painted or something. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES.

I've had these shoes for 2 years and I've only worn them a handful of times. They are cute shoes, but the left shoe wont stay put.And what I mean by it doesn't stay put is that the left shoe tends to elongate (because of the heat of my foot, i guess) to the point where it doesn't fit my foot anymore and the heel of the shoe doesnt move with my foot. It basically turns into a flip flop while the right shoe stays firm on my foot.Maybe I got a defective left shoe, but I wouldn't recommend it.In the first picture you can see that as I lift my heels one of the right shoe stays on like it should and the right doesn't.On the second you can see how the left shoe has gotten significantly bigger compared to the other shoe.
