I Love these low heel shoes. I ordered wide because I know wide works well with this brand on me. They fit perfectly.Very pleased; I normally wear a regular shoe size 9.
Sizing is confusing and very costly: 2 Pairs ordered and both are too wide

I've already ordered and paid both shipping and return shipping for two pairs of these pumps in royal blue. My normal size is 9.5 Med. This shoe is sized as 9.5, 9.5 Wide or 9.5 XWide, so I ordered 9.5 Wide, which was much too wide and too long. I then ordered 8.5 Wide, which is still much too wide in the toe box. When I attempted to order size 8.5 (not Medium, not Wide, not XWide), the order automatically changed to a 8.5 Med, which I ordered last and need to return. How can I obtain this pump in an 8.5 Regular or Narrow (not Medium, not Wide, not XWide) size?

The shoes fit comfortably, I like that the heels are the right height. I will be wearing them regularly on different occasion occasions.
