I ordered a full size and a half larger, and they were still too small! 9 1/2 is fine usually, 11WW and they were just way too small. I have memory problems due to past health. I kept forgetting to have caregiver return them for me... Finally remembered today and even though I received them less than a month ago, I ordered them more than a month ago... After several contacts they still refuse to help me. I know their policy, but exceptions can be made. I'm a loyal customer. Well, I was.... I live on a fixed income. It was a splurge to spend so much on one pair of shoes! And now to have shoes that don't fit and close to 10% my monthly income just gone is just a terrible feeling. The customer service is just not there... The lettered response to my emails was a cold form letter. No concern for my troubles even. I wont waste my precious money here again....
