I just received this bag today. At first look it's really cute. However, the opening is very small and I can tell that would get annoying fairly quickly. The biggest disappointment is that this product was advertised as "genuine leather" and it most certainly is not. It feels like plastic and it smells like plastic. I'm not opposed to using faux leather at all but when I'm buying a product and it's false advertising that's a red flag. There are no labels inside whatsoever, so there you go. For a company just launching onto Amazon, this not a good start. I'm returning the bag on principle mostly.

Picture as shown, looks stylish, soft leather, lovely colour and trims

Bag looks as shown in the picture. Colour is lovely with a touch of a distressed look so it doesn't look too shiny. Leather is soft especially the feel on the inside. You can actually detach the inside zipper enclosure if you just want to use it as a tote bag. Haven't seen a buckle enclosure but love the zipper enclosure which hides the stuff on the inside but in a tasteful way. Trims are also lovely. Thought the handle strap though would have been a little taller so it could go over my shoulder without using the shoulder strap. I would have to pierce additional holes if I wanted to do so, but then this would make the strap a little less sturdy I think. Overall not bad. I literally use one bag to go practically everywhere until the bag gives out. I've had my previous bag for over 2 years and it only now started to show obvious signs of wear and tear. Will see how well this one holds up to everyday use.

Product support was great but the item itself was not appealing to me it was too reminiscent of patent leather and stiff patent leather. Customer support bent over backwards to try to find a way to make me happy but the product was not something appealing to my personal taste and was not the soft genuine leather I expected. Their customer support definitely deserves 5 stars in trying to make the customer happy.

I wish it was a little BIGGER!!! I have to take everything with me including the kitchen sink! But it is a beautiful well done handbag I love it !!! Now everyone has to carry their own stuff....hmm maybe I need to stick with this size! As soon as you open the box and unwrap this wonderful handbag you are going to be so tickled that you purchased this amazing leather handbag that you will cherish for years to come.
