Awesome Purse...Had some defects upon arrival today (4pm) sent email to seller...very direct about concerns..issues...The response...OMG!! So ignorant/cynical..uncalled for ..UNPROFESSIONAL...(no matter what this seller says...I have the emails to prove it! I decided to keep the purse...my choice...but had to inform others...
