These are super cheap and cute. The suede is soft and not stinky. The heels are padded, which is great because my heels have been hurting lately. They are very comfortable. The sizing was accurate for me. I'll have to see what other shoes Northside offers!**UPDATE** I've worn these for about a week now and deducted a star due to the shoes constantly making a suction sound when I walk! I thought it would have gone away after breaking them in, but it hasn't stopped and it is really annoying. Another thing that I didn't realize at first is that they make a sound (like something is sticking to the floor, but nothing is on the bottoms) when walking in the tiled halls of my school, so I won't be wearing these in certain places. You can't hear it on concrete and I didn't hear it on my hardwood floors. Very strange. Other than that, I still like them.

Great for the price. I normally wear a 7 1/2. After reading the reviews I decided to order an 8 and I'm glad I did because they just fit perfect. I think a 7 1/2would have been too small.
Sizes Inaccurate

I read the other reviews prior to purchase, so knew they ran small, but they run extremely small. I usually wear a 7.5 sandal, sometimes even a 7, depending on the shoe, but since everyone was saying these ran small, I went up to an 8. They barely hold my foot! From heel to toe, I'm at the edge of the shoe. That's my first dislike. Second, you may not be able to tell from the pics (I couldn't), but the straps are lined with some sort of felt; if you're expecting the softness of the suede (suede-like?) straps, forget it. The foot bed is okay...it has a couple of oddly-placed lumps in it and I'm not sure if they're there to serve a purpose or what (I'm not referring to the one that sits under the heel--that's pretty obviously there for a reason). Last dislike is that the soles seem to be some kind of foam and are pretty slick if you're walking indoors and also as another poster mentioned, there was a weird suction-cup sound upon walking (although it only happened to me once or twice the first time I wore them. I chalk it up to those oddly-placed cushions in the foot bed). In summary, the price is good but I doubt I would purchase these again. Actually, I might try another pair, but would possibly try a 9. They're decent enough for the price if you are able to find a some that fit.
Less than a month of wear and no longer comfortable. Not such a great bargain.

I bought these knowing they are nn inexpensive sandal, hoping the support and fit would be close to the Betula and Birkenstock sandals I've owned in the past. The first week wearing them, I was quite satisfied, The fit was just right, the insole was comfortable, and I felt like I had a great bargain.A few weeks later, however, the low price has turned out to be not such a great bargain.Problems:The insole has lost some of its form, where the toe bar is barely noticeable and now I realize how little arch support here is.The sole is made of such a soft material, the pattern has worn flat in some parts and it makes an annoying cracking sound when I walk.My feet ache after a day of wearing these.They will become my indoor/outdoor slippers.I cannot, however, recommend these at the $18 I paid. At $10 they'd be an acceptable purchase, in my opinion.

Me gustaron mucho, se ven muy bonitos, yo soy número 7 pero leyendo los comentarios decÃan que vienen chicos y que pidiera una talla mas, bueno pues hice caso y pedà 8, no me parece que vengan chicos pues el 8 me queda ligeramente amplio, sin embargo me los voy a quedar porque tenia ganas de unos con mas amplitud, cuando recién me los puse los sentà duros, y pensé que me harÃan alguna lastimadura o me parecerÃan incómodos, pero no, después de caminar 5 minutos me olvidé de ellos y pienso que dieron de sà y dejaron de sentirse duros, el color es muy bonito, mas que verde parecen cafés, quito una estrella por que aunque se ven bien y el estilo es muy bonito, la calidad me parece un poco dudosa, es decir, pienso que no durarán mucho en buen estado, sin embargo me los quedo por el buen precio, que son a la moda y que los requiero para usar estos meses de verano.
Great "Firks"

Daughter is a lifeguard and wanted some "Firks" to wear at poolside so that she didn't have to worry about ruining expensive shoes in the wet environment. Very pleased with these. She found them comfortable (they did make a slight farting sound for the first day and a half, but resolved quickly) and they look great, especially for the cost.They're real leather upper, though they are fabric-lined. So they do stretch, but maybe not as much as the 100% suede uppers of the name brand. She started with them buckled tightly, as one would with the "real" ones, and they have loosened to a perfect fit.If you're accustomed to the name brand, these may not satisfy. But I paid less than 25% of the cost of those name brand ones, and they're at least 75% as comfortable, according to my daughter. So good value. If you have a child that's still growing, these are totally worth it. i don't think they'll last as long as the name brand, but if they outgrow them in a season, why pay that much anyway?

First of all the shoes are not the same color as the picture shows.The tan color looks more like a grey brown than a tan. I ordered the tan in a size 8 which is the size I always wear in all shoes. The 8 was way too small and besides the color being off I still liked the shoes so then I ordered a size 9. When the size 9 shoes came and tried them on I was surprised that they were still so small. I barely fit into the size 9 and was wondering if the size was miss marked. I still have both the size 8 and the size 9 and compared the sizes side by side and there is hardly any difference. The size 9 is only a half size bigger if that and it's only bigger in the front of the shoes and not the back. The shoes are made for people with wide feet and I have normal width feet so the size 9 were slightly wider in the front of the shoes too. I like these shoes and want to order a size 10 but I'm concerned that the size 10 will be too long and wide in the front of the shoes for me
Great fit, the archway of the shoe hurts the most.

I was super excited to try these on the day I got them. They are comfortable and soft, the straps don't hurt and I can barely tell that they are even there sometimes.The grooves for the toes at the top are comfortable and soft as well.My biggest beef with these is the archway. After wearing them for a few hours and do minor walking, they rubbed the archway on my feet almost raw. Maybe it's something I have to break out. Like when you get a pair of flats and the back portion is hurting your ankle. Or it's something I may have to find a way around, a small archway insert or something.Regardless I'm pleased with the product and when I figure out the archway situation would purchase in different colors!

The absolute WORST sandals. I'm foot arch where the strap is attached is so rigid it is pushing into my arch causing extreme pain. The cork is hard as nails! I bought these a few months ago for a trip. Left them accidentally at home. Heading on another trip soon. Thought I'd break them in by wearing them around the house. Not a single thing could break in these shoes. My right food is in complete agony. I do not recommend these shoes.

Yo calzo 25.5 mexicano, pero no hay medios números. Pedà medio número más grande y fue una excelente decisión. Con las correas se puede ajustar a lo ancho de los dedos. Es un zapato cómodo y muy bonito. Es verdad que hace un sonido muy particular, pero no me resulta molesto, a veces ni lo percibo. He notado que el sonido ocurre cuando suda mucho el pie, asà que tal vez un poco de talco entre los dedos, pueda prevenirlo. Definitivamente volverÃa a comprar!!!

These shoes did not disappoint. They fit as expected and the price was a bargain. The sole is a bit slippery but all I had to do was rub them on the pavement a few times to rough them up and they were perfect.

Very comfortable sandals, and they look great. The only complaint I would have about these, is that the bottoms are pretty slippery. This isnât a problem walking along sidewalks or pavement, but the second youâre inside a store or on tile, you really feel it. Otherwise you canât beat the price.

This shoe is a suede upper and for the price they quality is pretty good. I don't like a light shoe when it comes to this style. There is a good weight to it like the true brand name shoe. It fits my foot like a size 10. If they had an 11 available I would have ordered that size. They are comfortable. I would have ordered the other style as well. Would buy again.

I ordered these shoes and loved them so much that I ordered a second pair and then another pair for a family member. The first two pairs were perfect but the 3rd pair looked like they were worn before and had pet hair in them. I know they were probably a return item but I think that someone should be checking things over a little better before sending them out. If this didnât happen I would have rated them a 5 because they are super comfy.

Had to buy one size bigger and still I had to adjust clips to the end. Width is good because of the clip change but itâs bigger in length. With swollen feet I had to buy one size bigger

I have had Birkenstock's but found they bruised my feet and I gave them away. These were much cheaper and a much better experience. These will be keepers. A great purchase.
