The shoes are pretty great, they look really good. I originally ordered a size 9 as I'm usually an 8.5-9 in most shoes but they were a little too tight. The shop was great about allowing me to purchase a 9.5 at a discounted rate and I just gave the other pair to Goodwill.They have a pretty strong plastic oder when I first opened them but lots of stuff from China is like that so I wasn't surprised. I just aired them out for a few days and that seems to have done the trick.These are a little high and have very little arch support so if you plan on wearing them for long periods of time, insoles may be necessary.They will go great with my swing dress from ModCloth and changing out the laces made them much prettier! (Although the existing laces are just fine.)

I ordered a size 38 and got sent a size 39. They are the wrong size. So I gave the size 39's to my sister and ordered a second pair in size 38.... Yet again I got sent a size 39.... It is such a shame about these errors as the shoes do take a while to arrive but they look amazing and are so comfortable.... My sister loves them. Get your sizing and delivery right please. I have emailed a complaint. I hope you can send a size 38 in burgundy as compensation for the error.

These shoes are very cheaply made, and one of the heel struts failed the first time I tried them on. I bought these for a costume, and that's about all they are good for. I think I can manage for one night with the weakened heel, but for daily use, forget it!

I get compliments all the time on these shoes. The heel width is large enough to support my fast and heavy walk without my ankles feeling worn out in my eight hour work day. Super easy to clean with use of a magic eraser. Tad narrow than a normal heel but the length and toe box are standard.UPDATE: the sole has esperares from the front of the shoe. Looks like itâs talking. For the price, still not bad but so sad itâs fallen apart only after 6 months, not daily worn.

Unfortunately not wide enough but the size 9 were good in length . Want to return but seller wants me to accept £7 refund and resell shoes myself and they are based in China .... the shoes cost £21.I have asked for a full refund.

For £19.99 these shoes are really great quality. They look exactly as they do in the picture, very well made with a sturdy heel and good grip sole. Really comfortable to wear and a perfect fit. These shoes are so nice, I'm ordering another pair in navy. Perfect for workwear and they look good with both trousers and skirts/dresses. Delivery was expected for 16th August. They arrived 2 weeks earlier than that so brilliant delivery and well packaged too.

These fit mostly normal to us sizes. In the ivory pair, the color of the heel is so off that it makes the entire shoe look terrible and frankly not wearable.

Really comfortable. But smelly when first out of the box but once aired they were fine.
They were ok, but the stitching was uneven. I was disappointed.

I was disappointed, because the stitching was uneven, I felt that the right shoe didn't match with the left one. I did correspond with the merchant, and they were really good about responding and offering suggestions. To be honest, I just didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them. They work on a lazy day where I don't have to go too far.

Squint pattern on right shoe, left is straight. The point of the punched pattern doesn't align with the point and the lace up bit join.

Uncomfortable, cheap shoes. They arrived way smaller than the size chart said. And you have to pay the return shipping fee which is £30 if you wish to return them. Not worth the effort
