Love the compartments

Really like this bag. Gave 4 out of 5 stars because if it had double zippers so you could zip from either side it would make it easier. Also when converting to a backpack, when you take it off, since the straps arenât secured to the bag, the bag drops to the end of the strap. Wonât be an issue when i rig something to hold it in place but itâs just something I noticed. Really cute bag with good compartments.
Lots of pockets. Straps for backpack mode isnt that great.

I love this bag inside and out. There are so many pockets and they're roomy big pockets. The only thing I do not like is that when its convert to be a backpack, the strap are not still. It's able to slide from one side to the other but that didnt deserve a star to mark off cause it doesnt really bug me even though I bought this bag to be a backpack. The material of it is okay for the price.
Itâs ok, but not for small stuff

There are 4 pockets, I wanted several, but all of them are as wide and deep as the bag. Anything small just falls to the bottom in a pile. There are no dividers or small pockets for pens, keys, lip gloss, phone, etc. Also no water bottle pockets, so they add to the jumble in the bottom of the bag, crushing your snacks or whatever else is in the pile. I wanted to use this for work, and needed my supplies organized and easy to find, which this helps with not at all. Additionally, the zippers are raspy and difficult to pull, far from smooth moving. Itâs going back.
Very awkward strap

This bag is great size-wise and pocket-wise, but it's very awkward to carry. The purple color is lovely. The zippers stick. The strap is extremely awkward. When used as a shoulder bag instead of a backpack, the bag will not hang straight and tips outward. It works alright cross-body, but I'm bigger than average and it's not long enough. This one is going to the donation pile.
not really a backpack

I bought this purse to use as a backpack. There are not two separate straps. It is one long straps that sort of twists into a backpack. It is hard to put on as a backpack. But if you are not using it as a backpack, then it is great bag. Very spacious with lots of storage.
Zipper immediately broke

Not as nice as I was expecting. This is not professional at all, but it looks like something a teenager would like. The zippers are chunky and stiff, one broke the second I touched it. It does hold all my stuff, just too cheap looking for my taste.

I absolutely love my new purse. It is big and roomy. Stands up even when not loaded up. A note 9 with a commuter case fits in the side pocket nicely. It is not a heavy bag but seems to be well made. The only thing to get used to is that the zippers zip in the opposite direction then I am used to on a purse.

Love this bag!!! Small backpack is perfect for work and travel. The adjustable/removable straps make it so easy to wear as a backpack or as a cross body or carry by the handle without straps hanging down. Very well made & water resistant. Ended up buying 3 more as gifts.
