Stylish flats...but a bit painful!

I have been searching for decent priced, stylish, comfortable flats. I found these Lucky Brand Emmie flats and thought they would fit my needs perfectly. I received them last week and wore them for the first time today. The quality of shoe is very nice! The inside padding is sufficient and super cushy. I am usually between a size 8.5 or 9 so I ordered the size 9 based upon the reviews that these ran slightly small. The size 9 fit me perfectly! I was skeptical that these shoes would rub the back of my heel since they are a semi scrunch style. The only problem that I am currently having is the shoe is rubbing along the seam near the upper side of my foot. I have been wearing them for several hours now and the shoe is digging even worse into my skin to the point that I have to take them off while at my desk (I attached a picture so you can see the exact area). I am hoping that this problem will correct itself after wearing the shoes a few times to break them in. If not I won't be investing in any more pairs, which is very disappointing because they are perfect in every other way :(

I should have read the reviews before ordering these. I was happy with them at firstâso happy, in fact, that I ordered a second pair in Nudeâbut upon closer inspection, I strongly believe they are counterfeit. There are logo inconsistencies, the stitching is sloppy, and the adhesive on the sole is visible (see pictures). If Iâm spending $50 on ballet flats (which, to me, is a lot), I should at least be confident that Iâm getting what I paid for. To be honest, if they were half the price, Iâd probably keep them because theyâre overall decent shoes (hence why I gave them a second star in my rating), but a knockoff shouldnât be nearly as expensive as the real deal (theyâre only a few dollars cheaper than they are on the Lucky Brand website). And if they are, in fact, the real deal, then Iâm extremely unhappy with Amazonâs quality control because they seem to be old and/or defective. Returning both pairs and purchasing them on the Lucky Brand website, which is what I should have done in the first place!
I whole heartedly recommend Lucky Brand flats in general

I am about 90% certain that the flats that I got this time are fake. I have gotten these and other Lucky Brand flats before and they have always lasted for at least 6 months to a year before wearing out. The pair I got three weeks ago already has a tear in the leather! And I have been walking less than usual, not more. I have worn this pair of flats maybe ten times. The lining also popped loose and the overall quality of this pair of emmies seems less than I expect from Lucky.I whole heartedly recommend Lucky Brand flats in general, but with Amazons apparent quality control problem, you might be better off getting them straight from Lucky or from Nordstrom.

They look and smell like the many pairs I've brought from the Lucky Brand store in the mall, however they feel like cheap knockoffs! If I didn't pack them new into my suitcase for a business trip and have no choice but to wear them I'd send them back.. The exterior leather is rough, almost crunchy. The back of the shoe that touches your Achilles is stiff and inflexible. All of the stretching, wear and conditioner in the world hasn't helped. These were a fifty buck rip off!!! Actually they cost me an extra three bucks because I had to buy bandages for the blisters on the back of my feet. I NEVER got blisters w/the 4 true pair I bought from the Lucky Brand store. I'm not sure if these are from a different manufacturer, bad quality control or somehow counterfeits but I wouldn't recommend purchasing if you're expecting a level of quality similar to those sold in Lucky Brand brick and mortar locations.

I love these!!! I had cheap Target flats that I've worn for 2 years and they had holes and worn spots but were so comfy I couldn't give them up. Except I dress business casual and my shoes looked like crap. So I began shopping and couldn't find a reasonably priced, scrunch side flat that was comfy. Tieks were completely out of my budget, but I knew leather would hold up better. As soon as these arrived I slid them on and wore them around the house and I never even got sore spots on the back of my ankles like every other flat I wear. Usually my feet go through an initiation period with flats during which time I have to wear bandaids on my ankle bone but not these!!! I am a 10 and I got a 10 and they fit great, even with my foot being on the wider side. LOVE!!!!!

Buyer Beware - Lucky Brand Shoes

These shoes arrived on Friday as promised; however these are not Lucky Brand quality. The leather is not soft and the stitching is flawed. The right shoe could literally fit on either your left or right foot. They appear to be seconds or shoes that were made incorrectly in their stock. I want to send back and receive a refund but there was not even an invoice/receipt in the box. Please contact me.

Just received this pair today. Ordered American Navy/Leather. Instead I received ONE shoe in Navy and the other shoe in black. This must have been a returned purchase. Somewhere out there there is someone walking around with mismatched colored flats or itâs sitting in the Amazon warehouse. Shouldnât Amazon employees check the items first before preparing for shipment? One person was obviously slacking.Update from 1 to 5 starsThe seller was quick to resolve the issue and I quickly received the new pair yesterday (2 days after I received the wrong box and after placing request for replacement). A brand new box of a pair of Navy flats for me! They fit as expected. The navy leather does feel stiffer than the other pair I already own but in a different color. Must be the tanning process. I own another pair in Old Lace and it was much softer when I bought it some years ago. Hoping that the Navy pair will soften up with use. As for the shade of Navy, it's really Navy Blue. Maybe even darker. You can check the photos below and have to squint to see which one is the black or navy shoe.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable. They stay on really well and your heel doesnât pop out as you step (Iâve even tested trying to shake them off my feet and they wonât come off)! They do take a day or two to break in. The first time I wore them the elastic felt tight, and where it rubbed was quite sore. I didnât wear them for a few days, and the next time I put them on they didnât hurt at all! So if they feel snug at the back just wear them around the house and give them a bit of time to break in.

I love the design of this pair of shoes, the color, the pattern. Unfortunately it's bigger than the 35 EU I ordered, as it's a 35.5 EU, looking more like a 36 EU. Since I liked it so much, I'm going to try to get it fixed and I hope that it can be done

Fabulous little shoe! Not sure they're real Lucky Brand but love them anyway! Super comfortable, spongy for walking, love the elastication! Great everyday little ballet flat.

Ugh. I wanted to love these shoes! Perfect colour and decent price in a wide width, but they are tiny! The toe was so tight and I went up 2.5 sizes! Easy returns, fast shipping, looks like a good quality shoe, just wrong sizing.

Not the first time I've owned these, so I knew that these stretch out a lot so I deliberately got a snug size. They now fit perfectly. It is a darker shoe, so I put a leather protector (mink oil or beeswax I think?) which helped speed up the stretching process.

I think this is the most comfortable shoe I've ever purchased. I own a pair of Tieks..and up until now..I thought they were heaven..THESE..are heaven! they are squishier inside, look the same outside, soft..and because they have 1/2 sizes..fit better too! Feel amazing. I wish they had soft pink..but for now the nude is perfect. VERY HAPPY.

This is my second Lucky Brand pair of flats. I have the same ones in brown leather. I always have to break into them but once that's out of the way, they're pretty comfortable. These specific ones are super cute! I really like the print.

I don't think these are actually wide. I can get my feet in them but the bottoms aren't wide, the side stretch to accommodate. The leather is very soft. But I've worn them one eight hour shift and the black is already wearing off and scuffed. I can't recommend these.

Jâai acheter sais ballerines pour ma fille qui porte 7us large et il étais parfait comme prévu ,il ne sont pas en cuir mais pour le prix il sont très confortables et souples ..elle pense acheter de nouveau dans dâautre couleur.

El material es bueno y se ven muy bonitas, igual a las fotos, pero soy talla 5.5 y el número 6 me quedó justo hubier sido perfecto pedir medio número o incuso un número más grande, el que queden justas hace que lastime el elástico para caminar en el talón, y que los dedos de los pies no tengan la comidad necesaria al caminar, aunque he decidido quedarmelas por que las conseguà a un excelente precio

The flats are very dressy and are comfortable! Only thing, they are a little big but if you order a size down/ smaller they would be too small. However, it's an easy fix because I will get shoe inserts that are self adhesive to prevent them from riding & slipping up; so it's not a big deal. Satisfied with the quality and you can't beat the price!

Very soft and comfortable. My feet are wide at the ball of the foot so they were a little snug there but broke in quickly. Very happy and will definitely purchase other colours in the future.
