Lightweight but weird proportion on the handles

I wanted a lightweight tote bag for all day use to carry my wallet, phone, keys + lunch + glasses case + water bottle.Well this bag is the right size and very lightweight and good looking so that definitely fits the bill! However I wish the handles were designed a bit differently...I wish they were a couple of inches longer. If i want to wear this as a shoulder bag it fits very snugly up under my armpit. Probably wouldn't be an issue if I lost about 10 lbs. I also wish the points of attachment of handle to base were spaced farther apart. With a bag like this, when I have it on my shoulder, i like to drop one handle off my shoulder to open it up and rummage for my wallet or glasses case while the other strap is still sitting on my shoulder. The wide opening of this bag is great for that, but if the straps were a bit roomier this would be perfect. Due to the bag's construction there is no way to replace the straps with something more ideal for me.

I use totes year round. I like to change them out based on the seasons. This has proven to be a wonderful tote for spring and summer. The cloth design inside is very fun and surprises others when my tote is open. Great inside pockets for small items and large zipper one as well. I keep my work keys on the short lanyard attached inside, no digging around for keys! I have purchased several bags from Sherpani, excellent quality and very user friendly!

This is such a great bag! Light weight and love the natural color. It is literally made out of 100% paper. Fits my laptop and iPad nicely and so far, has held up nicely!
