Too expensive for the quality straps

I loved this bag from the moment I received it. The quality of the bag itself is outstanding as I use it daily as a laptop bag. Then all of a sudden the strap wasn't secure anymore as one of the gold knobs securing the chain straps dropped off. That was highly disappointing. I would think twice before purchasing a bag like this given the price.

I love this tote it’s the perfect size plus it has enough pockets to store my everyday items that I need to take along with me.Also the straps go over my shoulders perfectly.thank you for having this item that I can purchase and be happy with.
