Very disappointing! It started to fall apart within a month of having it at the shoulder straps I didn't have it loaded up either! It is very disappointing considering I took a lot of time in trying to pick out the best product for my need without paying a ton of money. I feel like a paid too much for this and it was a waste of the money! Very very disappointing!!!

The leather is so soft and the bag itself is even nicer that I thought it would be. It has plenty of compartments for all my stuff. I absolutely love it! I was looking at coach and Michael Kors bags and this one is better than the ones I saw in the stores.

I love this purse - but unfortunately, one of the zippers is starting to break after just 1 month of use. I would request an exchange, but it was a gift and the refund/exchange window is closed already...
