Sometimes it is almost a treasure hunt to find things. Gave it a four star as could have used a separating compartment right in the middle. I conquered that by putting in a slim make up bag right in the middle attaching it by the end strap to the side of the Lug. Otherwise, it took the abuse of security at numerous airports in Britain, Portugal and Calgary all within two months. This is my second lug and I love the colour of gray for the fall/winter.

Loved it but just a little to small returned for larger much better
