Leather flap is bumpy and strap is bent

Not sure if I got a defective purse but my leather strap has a weird bent on one side that wonât straighten even though Iâve been wearing it everyday. I wrapped a scarf over it to conceal the bent but you can still kind of see the bent even with the scarf. The leather flap is also bumpy like it was pressed unevenly. The magnetic closure is hard to close because of the uneven nature of the leather flap. Sadly I canât exchange it for an non defective purse since the black color is sold out. I will keep it because I really like the design and it was affordable but I just wished it didnât have those defects

I am so glad I bought this bag for my girlfriend. She loves it so much. This is a great looking classic saddle bag. It presents very well. It feels great with the high quality faux leather. My girlfriend especially likes the design of this crossbody bag. Exactly what she wants, lightweight, compact size and large space. Really love the strips with D-rings and the shape, and it has 2 shoulder straps, longer one with a buckle so you can adjust the length. The front flap is fastened with a magnetic snap. This purse fits the necessities (phone, keys, wallet, cosmetics). It's perfect for going out. Highly recommended!!

This bag is a little small on the inside but it can fit my wallet, phone, and a mask. The leather is fragile and small things like nails will mark it, but it's soft and a good quality. The stitching detail is nice but the metal magnet is hard to close because the top flap of the bag protrudes a little. Overall a very cute dupe for a good price! Would definitely recommend.
