Pedag is best brand for heel lifts!

I use both versions of the Pedag heel pads (black ones) and heel lifts (the beige ones) to correct a 1/4 inch leg length discrepancy.If you do so, note the black ones are a lot softer and might not give as much "lift." However, I find these much nicer for sandals and light dress shoes where the harder versions do not fit in the shoe well. The leather on these is soft, making them much better than the larger layered or rubber versions, so you can wear them barefoot, and the black color matches my dress shoes better.I'm a long time repeat customer of both kinds.

Simply wonderful! I actually use these in a pair of sandals with fabric around the heel. They don't show in that pair, and make the sandals very comfortable! I love the leather better than any gel or foam insole I've used!

These are great. I used them in an old pair of Frye boots where the thin leather heel liner came unglued and was lost, exposing some staples that were pretty rough. The heel pads add a little bit of cushioning and fit in the boots nicely (I wear a women's size 9). I had purchased these as a temporary fix until I could get the boots to a good cobbler. However, these work so nicely, I don't think I will need to do that.

These are great heel shock absorbing pads. Not too thick, almost too thin. Fairly soft. They do the job really well in a pair of flat leather sandals I bought that are like walking on concrete. These pads give a little lift and cushion my heel nicely. The sandals are still flat and relatively hard, but the heels are now comfortable!

Excellent product to remedy the minimal heel cushion on dress shoes or dress boots that have a harder leather sole. Low volume to not get too much in the way in terms of fit. Great value. Genuine high quality leather. Product also stays in place without issue. Made in Germany! Purchased the large size which is perfect for a 9 or 9.5 size men's shoe.

These little heel pads are wonderful. They fit nicely in well fitted dressy shoes and give adequate support without giving the feeling of having something bulky under the heels. I find the comfort level appropriate especially in dressy shoes that offer no cushion otherwise. There is no smell at all after 3 weeks of use.
Wished it had more density to resist steps. Your heel sinks right to the bottom.

While soft and squishy, not as dense as gel pads. Wish it would have more density to resist steps. It is comfortable and does comes with a tiny double sided sticky tape so it won't move around, but won't last long.Thickness wise, it is no different than a doctor scholls gel pad.
