I've gone through two pairs of these shoes in two months. The first pair ripped right at the side stitch so I thought I needed a wider size. I was willing to chance it because these are very comfortable and don't require any breaking in. I live in New York City so I am always looking for a great pair of flats.However, after less than a week of wear, the new pair is ripping at the same spot! I'm heartbroken because these shoes are otherwise perfect. For reference, I've never had this issue with a pair of shoes before. I'm petite in height and weight and my foot is very average in width. However, I don't want to keep repurchasing a new pair every month. I wish the company produced a better-made version of these. I would happily pay more to have them not fall apart!
A size wider than normal is needed in this great looking and feeling Naturalizer!

The Saban loafer is not true to size. They run a size too narrow. I wear a 9.5m which I ordered first and did not fit. Since then I have bought a wide width in black, blue and brown which fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and are a classy rich looking loafer. I wear them with jeans all day long and they have never hurt my feet. My recommendation is to order a wider than normal size and you will be very happy with this Naturalizer Saban loafer. The brown and blue colors are as described. Shopping online for shoes can be a challenge so I hope I have helped someone.

Tomorrow will be one week since I've received my order. I've worn the shoes twice to work. When I first tried them on I was so excited. They looked sophisticated, sleek, fit well, and was just what I was looking for. Upon closer examination I questioned whether they were genuine leather as advertised. I decided that I would try them out anyway. The first wear was comfortable. I didn't have any blistering or pain. However, I did notice a slight stretching around the sides by the end of the day. I wore them for the second time today and today was a rainy day. Not a heavy downpour but a steady rain; nothing that should've caused any alarm or concern with wearing this shoe. So imagine my surprise after I get to work and look down at my feet and noticed that the material of the shoe has little bubbles in its previously smooth texture. I looked closer at the shoe to try to see if they were still wet, but the shoes were dry. There was no explanation other than the fact that they had gotten wet since they were smooth when I put them on. I am so disappointed! I wanted to love these and had other colors in my cart. Glad I waited.I wondered why there were two descriptions/ options for a few of the colors. Now I know. Knock offs!

Today as I cleaned my closet I again see these shoes that were almost never worn. Today I am finally going to let them go... into the trash. The first pair were too small, I returned them for 1/2 size larger and they were too big so I took them and had inverts put in. I really wanted these shoes to work. I bought this shoe for comfort and the color. Got the color but nothing else. I paid $79.00 for this shoe and expected a quality shoe. The seams stitching came out and the shoe flops....no shape after worn a few times. I wasted money and today my time was a waste when I called Naturalized they said "ok, thank you for calling." Lousy all around. I should have sent them right back to Amazon when it was possible.

I have wide width feet and because Naturalizer has had a nice assortment of wide width shoes, I have been wearing them for years. Over the past couple of years, however, I notice that the quality is not as good as when I first became a customer. Their shoes in general offer no cushion, so walking on concrete sidewalks can be uncomfortable. This specific shoe runs small. I'm talking about the actual length of the shoe - not the width. If I were to buy them again I would go up half a size. My toes are right up against the front of this shoe and that doesn't happen when I wear other shoes that are the same size.
Be aware: These loafers are not all leather. Insole is man-made

Not only too big all around, but the insole was not leather. My error: I failed to note that in the description. Two years ago I purchased through Amazon the perfect loafer from Naturalizer--leather all over, inside and out, including a leather insole and fit like a dream. I thought I'd found it in this shoe. After returning the Saban to Amazon, I've looked at every single pair of Naturalizer loafers available through Naturalizer and Amazon but none has a leather insole. It appears Naturalizer has stopped making fine loafers that are leather through and through. What a shame.
Poor fitting Shoes

I ordered these for my husbands memorial service. I wore them for 3 hours that night. I then wore them to my nieces play. Yesterday after churchI had someone drop me off at the mall. I spent a couple of hours and my feet hurt so bad I had to buy a pair of flip flops till I went home.The shoes are suppose to be wide and they aren't and the is a bump on the ball of my feet. These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have everworn.Sandy M

This shoe fit even better than I thought it would. I have always had a problem finding narrow width shoes that actually are comfortable and the perfect length. The insole felt really good, the ultimate test will be me wearing it all day. I look forward to the test run and hopefully, I will be back for other styles.

I'll start off by saying that I'm a huge fan of Naturalizer shoes. That's why I ordered these. They are always good quality and sooo comfortable, in my experience.However, these shoes are either not genuine Naturalizer, or something is going on with Naturalizer quality. They are certainly not leather, as the description states. As another reviewer said, these are flimsy and cheap and plasticky feeling. There is no way these will hold up to even a small amount of wear. I was really quite surprised.As well, they are not particularly true to size. I have a few pairs of Naturalizers in size 8 that fit perfectly, but these size 8s are too small.For these reasons, I returned these shoes.

The size 9 is too large, my size is 9 but the fit is like 9.5. The colour is off, it looks like a taupe but the colour is bright gold.

I normally wear a 9.5 if wide, 10 otherwise. These fit very well at 9.5W. Similarly to other all leather shoes, they do stretch a bit the first few hours of wear so I wasn't alarmed that they were a touch snug at first.
