Suspected seconds but love the beautiful design

I have exclusively used Anuschka handbags for a decade now. I love the art pattern of this purse, though I really like a few of the other bag designs better. I decided to purchase this one anyway, as the art is why I purchase Anuschka and I can live with the design. I believe these are second bags (not good enough to represent the brand where they are normally sold), as there are places the background paint is not smooth and it looks almost aged right out of the box. Again, I love the art design, so I'm dealing with it, though it is disappointing, hence the missing star.I must either hang this bag to store it, or lean it against something, as it's too narrow to stay upright on its own. The triangular flaps of the bag design get in the way, as they are want to lean over. I only have my card purse and some cash in the middle section, which is attatched by a length of material to the purse, so no one can just reach in your bag, grab and run. The two, zippered, outer layers are useful for designated uses. One has an internal, extra zippered area that is flat...so great for ladies necessities. Other than this, both are catch-alls with no organization within each side. There is also a flat, zippered compartment in the magnetic, snap-shut section and an outer zippered compartment my 6" long phone fits in just fine.

I love the bag bit I was a little disappointed it was scratched by the zipper. Amazon gave me a $20 credit. I did not see this bag style readily available and I did not want the hassle of returning it and missing out. I used my Amex points, so that would have been another hassle. It is the most beautiful bag I've ever owned. It is deceivingly bigger than it looks. The middle part opens and has pockets. It easily holds my wallet. That part snaps securely shut. The two zippered parts hold glasses, meds and a makeup bag with a small brush. The outside pocket holds a large cell phone. Since there are so many compartments things are readily available and the bag is not bursting at the seams. I first saw these bags in Florida. I can see myself with a collection of them. I will use this bag at ArtPrize 9 in Grand Rapids, Michigan in the fall of 2017. It will be a conversation piece for sure.

this purse is beautiful. The leather is a good thickness and allows the purse to hold it's shape. there are lots of pockets. I love that I can adjust the strap length to be cross-body or just over the shoulder. I was surprised to see that some of the line color is metallic paint. I dont normally buy purses of this price but the style and butterfly design were irresistible.
