Biggest regret in my history of online shopping

Iâll begin with the positive. The bag was not expensive at all. It looks pretty from a distance.Now for the negative. The bag came practically destroyed already. Normally when these sort of items are purchased they come with dunnage to ensure the shape is kept in tact. With this particular purchase this was not the case. It was quite disappointing actually that the bag came with this pronounced seam at the bottom. When I opened up the packaging it literally flopped over. The bag was poorly constructed on the inside (trust me it looks pretty and shiny on the outside) and it feels really thin and flimsy to the touch even considering that it isnât genuine leather ( I buy a lot of faux leather items and they have never felt like this). Thereâs no type of reinforcement on the inside so the bag really just collapses. If you are seeking a classy look I definitely do not recommend.

Very well manufactured purse. Haven't had very long but looks like it will last a long time as zippers, compartments etc. are very sturdy. Looks very fashionable also and would recommend this purse to any one who wants quality and great design in a purse.
Black model different than Brown. Would recommend the brown model over the black one.

Nice bag....however, smaller than the brown model I bought...the leather is softer also so it doesn't sit as upright as the brown model...this is why I only gave it a 3....the brown model I would give a 4.5.Also the pockets inside are different. The zippers stick and the teeth don't line up well on the black one. I bought it for work.
Lighter is better!

Despite any negative reviews, I really like this purse. I am 60 years old and I want a fashionable purse that isn't heavy. I bought 2 purses at the same time but kept this one because it was so much lighter and very nice! I love it!

I really like the color, feel, texture of this bag.I bought it for my laptop and my laptop fits, it's just a little too snug.I have gotten lots of compliments on this cute, trendy, and professional bag. I use it daily, just with it was a tad bigger.

Holds everything but isn't too large. It has an unusual smell but hoping that will fade with time. Great purchase!

Looks better in person. Love the color perfect for anytime of year. Phone fits perfectly in the outside pocket.

Feels soft, looks great. You will need to air out the polyurethane odor. (Normal for this type of material) Overall I'm happy with the product.
