This handbag has all the things on it that I like (2 good size zippered compartments, outside snap compartment and a cell phone holder on the side and perfect length strap) but the quality is not great. And I guess for $33 I got what I paid for. The leather had a bad odor that has taken quite some time to go away enough so that it didn't bother me to have the purse with me. It also is kind of a hard material, not soft and pliable like I'd like. Again, $33. There are threads all around the zippered areas that make the purse look cheap. And it took forever to get here because it was shipped from the UK, which I did not know at the time I ordered. All that being said, I am still using the handbag as I like all the features. I just ignore the other things I don't like until I find one with the same features but probably more money. It's not a horrible purse, just some things I would have liked to be different.

This is an awesome bag! Super functional and great quality! The front flap pocket is big and can accommodate a lot! There are 2 main zippered sections which makes it very convenient to separate regularly used and not so regularly used items in your bag! It also is the perfect size for me. I don't have to hurt myself while getting stuff out of the bag! Lol! Another great thing is that the base of this bag is big enough that it can sit upright without toppling over or needing support (like my other messenger bags do). I'm also glad I picked this color as its rich and classy looking!LOVE this bag and I'm glad I found it on Amazon. If this one goes down, I'll be ordering more!! :)

I've been using this bag daily for about a month and it's holding up well. The strap is very adjustable and can be tremendously long. It's roomy but not huge. The zippers are the smoothest I have ever had on any handbag ever, although the pulls could be a bit larger. The phone pocket is way too small for a modern smart phone, but I use it for my inhaler. The front snap pocket is good for any size phone. I like that the leather is exactly stiff enough to hold its shape, but exactly flexible enough to allow the bag to give to accommodate odd shaped contents, or so I can open it wide to see in. It did have a pretty strong smell right out of the box, but either that dissipated quickly or I became "noseblind" to it right away. My only real disappointment is with the lining, which is stiff, scratchy, and cheap feeling. This otherwise wonderful bag deserves better.Edited to add:That icky scratchy feeling in the lining has gone away with use. Maybe it had some kind of starch? It is much more pleasant now.

I was excited to receive the purse 3 days before the expected date, I've been searching in stores and online 4 months for the right purse, I thought I found it,,, not so. Upon examining the purse over thoroughly at the stitching and found where the zipper is along the length has loose threads, not good. The cellphone compartment on the side is way too small, the holder is useful for the slender old school flip phones not the Samsung Galaxy S5 or S6 smart phones... So, it is very useless. The front snap compartment doesn't expand when open, so don't put bulky items in, they wont fit, items have to be flat, the inner compartments will be cramped if i put in my wallet, cellphone, keys, comb, mini umbrella, and lip balm . It is genuine leather, stiff and not butter soft as the pic makes you think it is. I am sad to say I'm returning the purse. I'll keep searching for "the holy grail" of purses... sigh.

First, I will say that I love this bag. While some have found it too small, it's perfect for me. It holds everything I need with a little extra space. Unlike bags with just one big pocket, my wallet doesn't fall to the bottom and I can find exactly what I need in it without even looking. The strap is the perfect length and adjustable to boot. Two reasons for only 4 starts instead of 5: The phone pocket is a bit on the small side. I have an iPhone 5s and I can wedge it in there, but it barely fits. I would make it bigger and maybe make the sides elastic. The second reason is because the strap on the first bag I received broke after only about a month of use. The company, snugrugs, gets A+++ for customer service. I emailed them, they got back to me right away and immediately refunded my postage so that I could send it back to their US facility. As soon as they received it they sent me a replacement and I've had no trouble with this one at all after using it for about two months now. Overall very happy with this purchase.
Disgustingly Smelly

The service was fine. The bag is well designed. However, it smells so horribly that I cannot use it. Had to take it to the basement to get the smell out of my house. I wouldn't dare offer it to anyone I know. I've tried everything I could find on the net to neutralize the smell. I'll either throw it away or give it to the Goodwill.

The cell phone pocket is too small for my Iphone. The bag is a bit too heavy, It needs a large side pocket. Other than all of that, it will do for now.

WOW! just WOW! I ordered this beautiful purse on Sept 6 and got it today the 19th from England! Am very impressed with size ,quality and speed it was delivered.
