EDITED---Really an odd fitting shoe with a STRONG chemical smell!

A huge issue I had with these, is they have a very strong chemical smell. I mean, it is strong! Although it fit my foot lengthwise, the instep was way too big. I contacted the seller and was advised I would be responsible for return shipping. That's BS in my opinion. It's a pair of odd fitting, smelly shoes that sit unworn on my closet shelf. Very dissatisfied.**EDIT** - After leaving this review, the company contacted me. After communicating, we agreed they would provide a refund in it's entirety and I would change my review. They explained they make the shoes per order and elude there may not have been a sufficient drying time one and may have had a quality control issue. They also apologized too. So I have to say cudos to the company in providing good customer service! I hope with the feedback and communication we had, they continue to make a good shoe. It is an attractive looking shoe, which is why I had ordered it and I hope they will succeed with their company. Sometimes there may be a problem with a product or an order and I'm glad they are creating a reputation of having good customer service.
Convincing leather look alike

These shoes are cute and comfortable and better quality than I expected. I like the sole for traction and cushioning and the uppers look very leather-like from the distance you would normally look at them. They look just like the picture. I measured my foot as instructed and the size was right but next time I think I would go up a half size to be able to wear thicker socks in winter. Overall, very pleased.

I ordered the light gray and color is accurate based on photos for this shoe. The length of the shoe is mostly accurate for womenâs US sizes. What I donât like is the thin shoe material and gapping at the ankle and where the shoe ties come together. If you try to tie tighter then the flaps overlap. The shoe sole is black and the heel is brown which makes the shoe not look too great. The heel is also a weird shape and size so much that it looks mismatched you the shoe. Not sure I will ever wear these. There are better options available at this price point.

Came quicker than expected by about 1 and a half weeks. Size fit great, I went up one size from 6 - 7 which I do recommend but I wear with socks. Lovely quality and am able to wear all day at work.

There are no eyelets on the holes so be careful with the laces. Came a little too big and slips off the heel a bit easily. Did come with padding stickers which helps to stop the heel slipping out so easily.
