Very happy with purchase. Well made bag. Leather is a little stiff and color is a little darker. I have attached 2 photos 1 using a flash and 1 without. Has a nice large zippered area in the middle and the purse zips close.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

This bag was not GENUINE leather, it was vinyl and it was shiny black patent. It didn't state it was leather anywhere on it and had Chinese writing all over the labels. It looked nothing like the picture and I was extremely disappointed. I was able to ship it back with no problems though and my credit card was credited immediately. It should not state GENUINE leather if it is not genuine leather.

This is a beautiful statement-making bag in any color (I used the black as my everyday bag, saving the mustard for special occassions) and it REALLY turns heads when the shiny metal hardware clinks as you move. But beware, the leather looks substantial but it's not. The straps and handles, as usual, are not leather and if you carry it a lot, wear out wicked-fast. Next, the leather will split near the zipper ends and you see it's actually quite thin. By the years' end I had to give up on my beloved black bag so, needless to say. Gorgeous though it is, the stunning mustard is something I whip out on only the rarest occassions. It's a shame this bag isn't 100% dense, quality leather. The design sure is beautiful, though...
Not real leather

It's not real leather. The only real leather is the leather tag and tassels. It is a gorgeous bag. I absolutely loved it...truly disappointed is not real leather! Not worth keeping. I want 100% true real leather all over not 11.00 worth of leather.

Love this bag, but not long after I started carrying it the metal clip on the long strap broke and so I don't use it now because I only used it with the long strap. So wish they could send me a new strap.UPDATE: just a couple of weeks after I posted my review the company jumped in and sent me a new strap to my handbag which I absolutely adore. Love this purse, love dealing with this company, we'll come back for many more purses in the future.

Revised review: I originally gave this bag 4 stars, but that was before the decorative hardware on the outside started to pop off. They look like giant screws. I had it less than a year. The more I use this purse, the more irritated I get about its weight and the short inner zipper. I have been tempted to remove the zipper to give me a larger opening, but then there would be no way to close it if I wanted to.Bag choice is so personal. If I had seen it in a store, maybe I wouldn't have purchased it, I dunno. The color is yummy. It's roomy, but the short top zipper restricts the opening.
Nicely Made But Hard and Stiff

I have used this daily now for 6 weeks. It is a stiff purse and not getting softer with use. I suppose this will last forever. I just wish it were softer. I bought the Mustard color and it is a very deep true French's mustard color. I wanted a soft yellow leather purse but what I have is a stiff mustard colored purse instead. It's well made but not really what I hoped it would be. I was replacing another leather purse (The Sak) and if you know how soft that brand is then you'll understand my disappointment.
