Beautiful, but NOT crossbody

This bag is almost perfect! The quality is great, the strap is beautiful...but, the patterned guitar strap is NOT crossbody length and is not adjustable. The included solid black strap is not either. They are roughly 25â long from end to end. I purchased this bag because the description said âcrossbodyâ. I still love this bag and will get a ton of use out of it, will just need to purchase another strap to make it crossbody.
