Not what I expected

The size and appearance are both good, and the shoulder strap is essential in my opinion. If you're looking for something that is soft and pliable this bag will sorely disappoint you as it did me. It's incredibly stiff and rigid. Everytime I pick it up it, it produces the sound of cheap vinyl or plastic, to the extent of embarrassment. I'm returning this purse today.
