Bought this in black. The quality of leather is fine (no odd smell either) and the strap is very sturdy. The strap does look a tiny bit little less feminine than a regular purse with black webbing on one side and leather with a raised bump on the other (due to the reinforcement so it cannot fail or be cut). Also, the removable insert to hold your gun is a bit bulky and heavy but pretty stable. If you are not carrying a gun you can take that part out and the purse is super comfortable to carry. Nobody looks twice at the purse as it looks very normal for daily use and should last years with little or no care. Only BIG complaint is that it cannot be locked and when I MUST be separated from the purse I'd appreciate the option of the extra level of safety. // Update 1/2014 Carried this every day for the last year loaded with more weight than a normal person would want to carry and still looks as good as new. I carry my phone in the outside (zip-able) pocket too.

This is the 3rd GTM bag I now have. This company is very customer service friendly and produces a quality product. A couple of years ago, I called them to ask for more information on possibly buying this particular model in the future. The customer service lady was super. While we were talking, I mentioned that my red Raven model bag had faded very badly to an orangey-splotched pink color. She told me they would gladly replace the bag without any problem. I asked how to return the faded bag and she informed me they didn't want it back and would be sending me a brand new bag. In just a few days, they delivered the brand new replacement bag without any charges to me, not even shipping charges. This smaller size of the two GTM Hobo style bags only has an over the shoulder strap. When I carry, I prefer total control an safety of my bag and its' contents so I always wear my bags cross-body. When it arrived, I immediately took the longer, cross-body strap off my GTM Urban model bag and moved it to the Hobo. This bag has the easier access side entries for either right or left use. It also has enough little organizer spaces for my cell phone and other needed items. I'm not a person who has to pack a bunch of makeup crap items around all the time so, for me, it has plenty of room for everyday use. Whenever anyone asks me to recommend a ccw bag, I always give the GTM products the very highest recommendation because of (1) Quality; (2) Affordable pricing; (3) Customer service; (4) A company that stands behind their product reliability.
Great bag for concealed carry or anyone

Overall, I love this concealed carry bag. It is not very roomy so if you like to carry a lot of stuff, this bag is not for you. I like that there is a holster for your gun. The holster is held in place by velcro so you can remove it if you so choose. The concealed carry section is large enough to hold an extra magazine or four. Others complained that the strap is not long enough. This is a hobo bag but the strap is quite a bit longer than all of the other hobo bags I have ever seen. The top of the bag is at my waist (I am 5' 2" tall) which is perfect for me. The bag seems to be well constructed. Personally, I like that the bottom is a different material because the bottom will not get beat up as easily when you set the bag down somewhere. The bag has 2 large zippered compartments, the zippered concealed carry compartment, a small zippered pocket in one of the main compartments, and a small zippered pocket on the outside. I have an iPhone 7 plus in an Otterbox defender series case and it almost fits in the outer pocket. I wish the bag had a little bit more room but all of my stuff fits in it so I can definitely live with it. I am even carrying some pull-ups, baby wipes, and snacks for my daughter. I ordered the brown bag and it is a very dark brown, which I love! I highly recommend this bag for women who carry and also for those who do not, as the bag could work very well for everyone.

I donât usually do reviews but I love this purse for so many reasons ! First, I posted the tag that comes in the purse because some people think the zebra bag is leather but itâs an exceptionally sturdy microfiber polyester with red leather pulls only . The inside material is very satiny and nice . I donât like super large heavy concealed carry purses and this one to me (5â3â tall woman) is a medium sized purse that has plenty of room for everything I like to carry with ample room left over! I have in it my glock, 2 key fobs and a set of several keys on a ring , 2 lipsticks, wet wipes, a wallet , 2 credit card holders, pen/paper, gum, pill container, iPhone 7+, and a few more small items, and thereâs plenty of room for several more items for sure!The purse has the Gun compartment that zips from either side for R or L hand (no lock). Itâs plenty of room for my glock. It has a Velcro strip on the inside liner with a slip in Velcro holster . For me, I placed the Velcro holster in a downward pointing direction so my gun doesnât slide out since it doesnât have a strap on the back of the holster to hold it in the holster. Works fine and my gun doesnât slip out.The purse has a spacious front zippered pocket, 2 spacious interior pockets . The interior pockets have 1 inside zipper compartment and two open pockets for paper/pen etc.The microfiber polyester exterior is very sturdy, well stitched . I like how the bottom is wider so it sits up and holds its shape . The purse doesnât slump over at all. The strap is the perfect length for my frame and itâs very thick and sturdy also . This is by far my favorite concealment purse that I ordered a second one for the future. Itâs so well built that I think itâll wear well for many years before I need to replace it with the second one ! Canât say enough good things about this purse :)
