Not really ecofriendly but it is water resistant

So recycled Tyvek (think mail envelopes, racing bibs, etc) can be made into pieces of garment which is why I bought this bag but I do not think it is recycled Tyvek but simply Tyvek and Tyvek itself is not biodegradable and most Tyvek is not made from recycle plastic unless marked. I know Tyvek is owned by Dupont and that may be the reason why the bag is not marked.So if you are looking to buy this for someone that likes eco friendly, this will not be the bag. But if you are looking for a narrow bag with lots of space, water resistant bag. This is it. The bag itself looks amazing. I am surprised with the quality of the details; the handles and tag inside make give a great presentation, specially since tyvek is not a super nice material (its wrinkly ). It comes with a nice long strap so you can wear as a cross body. The tag inside is a little contradictory because it says not to get it we but tyvek is water resistant. Overall, It was suppose to be a gift for an eco friendly friend, but I will be keeping it for myself as a light diaper bag. I love the zippers and it has a few compartments inside and when done I will make sure to send it to a Tyvek recycling center since Tyvek cannot be recycled with paper.

So far so good! It arrived quickly and the color. Texture is better than expected. All I can say is the long adjustable strap is so beautiful and luxurious it may not stay on unless worn cross body. It seems very slick. But gorgeous. For the price I paid, I picked the least expensive bag to try out and I couldnât be happier. Quality is in the details. I havenât used it yet but upon inspection the sewing is great and materials, the zipper works well. The hardware is really nice. Iâm so happy. I want another one in a different color and maybe a different style. I was already familiar with the Tyvec material. If you take care of it it lasts. I like the usual texture of it. So I loved it and it met my expectations. It was very thick and high quality. Definitely would recommend.

Overall I liked the bag, It is light, nice looking, and holds what I need it to hold. I use the shoulder strap and it broke at the clip, as in the clip snapped in half at the thickest point. This does not speak well to the quality of the material. The bag was not overweighted so there was no environmental reason for the break. If you want to use it as a shoulder bag I would pass.

...not wide enough to hold much. Very very well made with great handles and shoulder strap. I just can't get much in it.
