Buyers beware! Cheap material, very poor quality

These shoes looked so cute. The design is different and contemporary. I read the reviews and ordered my regular size based on the comments. I ordered the grey. I was excited to order them and eager to get them. When they arrived, they were packed in a plastic bag that looked like it had been packed by a three year old. The shoes were very disappointing. The material is very cheap, very plastic looking. The fit was large and sloppy. So far, in trying to return them, I have been told I have to pay the return shipping, even though the listing says âFree Returnsâ. Still waiting for a pre-paid label to send them back.
fashion style and comfort

These boots are very cute and they are so comfortable -- no toes crushed, no ankles agitated. The look of this shoe is a bit classic. I really like the style and comfort of the shoes.
No arch support

These do not provide arch support. The insole is flat.

Very cheap looking
Easy to put on and waterproof

After having surgery I needed some flat boots with no heel that were easy to put on and could handle New England weather. These were perfect. I can easily put them on and zip up and they kept my feet dry.
No traction at all

I bought these as a work shoe. I regularly volunteer with a dog shelter, so wanted something weather resistant and comfortable.Here's the issue: they have NO traction. I can't wear these on smooth surfaces while working with shelter dogs because they drag me across the floor. I guess my next step is to scuff them up and hope for grip.

Iâm not even sure what to say about the shoe. I got the gray ones from a different maker and itâs the exact same shoe but not only did they send me a shoe that was 3 1/2 sizes too small, when I got my size the difference was remarkable. I could hardly get my foot into my size. there was no support my foot hurt. It was just a total mess and they donât even make the black in the brand that I like but at least I got the gray ones and theyâre really really good and really really cute and I think that anybody that likes casual flats should get them!!!
