Really lovely handbag.

Beautiful handbag. It’s well stitched and smells great. The lining is black and kind of a rough material and it appears to be very sturdy which I appreciate as I can be a little rough on the linings of my bags. It stands up and holds its shape perfectly, and it came well protected wrapped in a cloth bag and then sealed in plastic as well. The strap is long and perfect for crossbody carrying, however it is not adjustable. At least my strap did not come with any holes for adjusting length which is a pity in my opinion. The length for me is just right for carrying, but I would like the option to make adjustments if I wanted or needed to. There is also a small zippered pocket on the inside of the bag which I don’t believe is mentioned in the description. This was a nice surprise and very appreciated.My only real complaint is that my bag was supposed to be blue and while it is blue, the color is so dark that it could easily pass for black. I’m sure plenty of people would like that, but I was really not wanting such a dark bag.However in certain light, like my camera flash you can really see how beautiful the blue color is, and I’m sure that it will look beautiful when outside in the sunlight as well.I’ve attached some pictures showing the how the bag looks with and without flash.

Nice purse

Downgrading to 3 stars for poor wear. I did use daily but strap and seams wore significantly more than other Vera pelle products.Overall I really like this purse and had purchased other Vera Pelle purses I was happy with in the past. It’s a great size and nice leather. My only complaint is the buckle strap does not have a loop to tuck in the extra leather so it just flops around and does not stay flat against the strap if you adjust to a shorter length.

Lovely color, slender strap

Lovely color, but I returned the bag because I was concerned about the shoulder strap. It’s very thin and as I am hard on my bags (travel), I did not want to risk having it break. Would be fine for occasional use.

Beautiful bag. Strap is a little thin, but great size for a crossbody. Beautiful color and leather is soft.

So far I really love my bag. small yet very roomy. easy access front packet and back zipper. leather is nice. I'll write back after a few months to give update on how it wears.
