Good bag for clothes; Too thin for books and laptop

I own several LeSportsac bags so naturally when I need a larger bag so I can tote around a laptop, a few books, and some change of clothes, I looked for an LS bag that fits the bill. Size-wise, this large on-the-go bag seems to be the one. I also like the fact that the straps wrap around the bottom, which gave me the impression that I could really haul all my things around town. However, upon receiving it, I realized that it's not of the same material as my other LeSportsac bags. One most distinguishing character about this bag is that it has no lining, despite being in the description. The material feels really soft and thin. It may be a good bag for clothing, but it would not be a good idea for books and laptop. I sent it back. I will have to continue looking for another bag.
It's light and does flip over the arm easily but beyond that it could be any $5 bag ...

I'm a LS fan but this is nothing special for the price. It's light and does flip over the arm easily but beyond that it could be any $5 bag from Walmart.

I tried to return this item and was unable to do so. It was not what I wanted as it is too big. I wanted something more like a purse and this is more of a travel bag......Do not purchase from this vendor. You are unable to return an item or at least I was not able to return this item.......LD

Love it! I use it to commute to work and it fits everything I need for my trek into work. Plus I can slip my purse into it as well if I need to.

It is less structured then other bags but is very light weight and can carry a lot of things.

Super soft and love it and good when you're using on the flight cabin and I can storage my pillow and Jackets.Washable too.

I use this bag all the time! I can stuff it full for trips, or use it when I have folders for my office. Washable and weighs nothing. I love the small tote insert as well for my cosmetics. Super winner.
