Just received this today and wanted to go ahead and answer the questions that I had before ordering about size/pockets.I ordered the âBlue Magnoliaâ pattern and it is a wonderful color in person. It has a medium zippered pocket on the front, zipper across the top, and inside there is also a small zippered pocket. Iâm 5â 8â and when worn this hits perfectly at my hip and lays fairly flat against my body.I needed a small bag for the park/grocery store/etc. so I donât always have to drag our diaper backpack everywhere (sometimes itâs just not convenient, especially at the park when I need to go up a slide to get my toddler lol). I plan on leaving the backpack in the car and taking this. I can fit my iPhone 6s in an OtterBox case in the front zipper pocket. I also can fit an Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet inside (without the kids case- if I have the case on it wouldnât be able to fit keys in as well). This is the perfect size and exactly what I was looking for. Will update as far as wear and tear once Iâve used it for a while but canât wait to take this to festivals and things as well.

I just received this today and Iâm super happy with it. I have other cross body bags that only hold my phone and little else. This is the perfect size to hold my phone, wallet, lip balm, keys and more, but itâs not too big and sits flat at front hip level. I travel light and wanted something for those days Iâm wearing leggings and donât have pockets. Itâs solidly constructed and I love that the strap is sewn into the bag as Iâve had issues with bags that just have clips to attach the strap. Plus, the Blue Magnolia pattern is really pretty and exactly like the photo. It has several zip pockets too, which I really like. This has everything I was looking for in a cross body bag. â¤ï¸

i bought this because i wanted something waterproof-ish to wear to amusement parks. the style and color is true to picture. the strap is like a seatbelt so very sturdy! my only complaint is that i wish it were a tiny bit wider. i wear glasses and often switch between my regular and perscription sunglasses so my hands are in and out of the purse a lot, if the opening were a tad wider it would be easier to reach in. it fit my phone, thin glasses case with glasses, and a large long wallet plus chapstick and i just need a smaller wallet to make everything fit less snug. super cute, i really like the blue color of purse, not so much the olive color of the strap.

Love this purse! I was surprised how sturdy this was. I thought that it would be ok due to the price. I was wrong. This is really good quality! The strap is wide and sturdy. It reminds me of a seatbelt material. The purse itself is made of thick durable material. This is important to me because I use it while riding motorcycles. This thing weathered a 4 state ride round trip without any fading or wear at all! I plan to order more.

This is a really cute, well-made canvas bag. It has a beautiful, vibrant design as well as soft, but sturdy, adjustable strap. The only reason for giving this 4 stars is the size of the bag; although the description reads "tote" I consider it more a crossbody (with the strap at its longest), as it is not as big as typical totes. I do wish it was a tad bigger, but that will not stop me from ordering a couple more...there are a few more designs that are quite appealing.

I think this will be cute lightweight bag for summer. Although I hate that the strap is sew twisted! You can see this on the model that it has to twist at the back and doesn't lay flat which can dig in a bit at your side. This is a little bigger than my coach small crossbody, but the zipper on the Dakine is much smaller than the opening making it hard to get things in and out. I can fit my phone in the inner pocket only, the outer pocket is too shallow. Inside I can fit a large sunglasses case, tiny makeup bag with meds, nail file etc, pack of tissues and a flat card wallet.
Compared to Jive and Jo Jo

Not for what I needed. I tried the Jive, Jodie, and Jo Jo. The Jive was very small and good enough if you just want to carry phone, money, and passport. Maybe a candy bar too. :) The Jodie was a bit larger but did not like the side pocket. The Jo Jo was large enough to carry 4 passports, wallet, phone, tissues, and a few snacks for 2 kids. The outer most pocket was large enough to hold a Pixel 2 (the smaller of the current smartphones). The inner zipper had no problem with 4 passports which was key in making sure they stayed secure as I look in and out of my purse looking for stuff for the kids. The large pocket was probably large enough to stuff a 7" tablet though I never did. The one complaint I had with this bag is the strap. I love the Jive strap - soft smooth woven fabric. The strap for the Jodie was like luggage strap and too thin - think like backpack bottom straps. The strap for the Jo Jo was like luggage strap width but similar to backpack style so the edges are rough, rough enough to snag the more delicate shirts. So not so happy about that. They should have just used the same strap as the Jive and it would have been perfect.

The pattern on the purse is really cute, it has a floral paisley vibe. The colors are great and vibrant and the bright color on the interior is very nice. It is a small purse. That is what I wanted. It will fit the essentials and not much else. My iPad mini (with case) does fit inside, but that would pretty much be all that I carried then. I currently have my glass case, a medium size wallet, lip balm, a pen and a couple small odds and ends. It will not be my everyday purse. I will use it for traveling or whenever I want a smaller bag. I love the crossbody style and have come to prefer it over regular shoulder bags. They feel more secure and less likely to be stolen. My only issue is that the material is stiff. It sounds a bit crinkly when I am using it. Hopefully that will lesson with time. It does look to be easy to clean and durable. I am happy with my purchase.

Am writing this review, 3 years after purchase, as this has proved my daily go-to bag for essential eg phone, purse, bus tickets, lipstick, glasses. So lught and this pattern is very versatile! Eventually in the 3rd year of use, some fraying is happening due to the kind of plastic key material, so I'm about to order a new Dakibe. I've been very happy with this one!

I really like this little bag. I used it on a recent short vacation and it's large enough for an ultra compact umbrella, slim wallet, sunglasses, a couple of packable shopping bags and a few other small items. I attached my reusable water bottle to one of the metal buckles and it held up really well. I also hung the umbrella here when it was wet. I used every bit of capacity this bag has and it held up really well. The wide strap is strong and makes the bag comfortable to wear. Would recommend.

First I will start with my likes, I love this small bag, the pattern of the fabric is fabulous. The fabric is why I bought the bag! My only complaint is the drop of the strap is to short, I want a longer strap to wear cross body. I would have returned it but the fabric is so pretty I couldn't. I will see if I can change out the strap or give it to my niece.
