Extremely disappointed at poor quality

Like other reviewers stated, this product is very poor quality. The bag looks beautiful but the handle broke after less than a month of gentle, non-daily use. I gave this as a gift to my sister and am extremely embarrassed that the quality was so poor. Of course the return period had expired so now we are both out of luck. Very disappointed that Amazon would allow a product of this poor quality to be sold on their site.

I have been using this handbag for couple months. Unfortunately, the swrists are broken easily within 3 months. I just feel disappointed for such a great brand with bad quality!

I liked the look of the bag. Great Color but in a month the strap is breaking.

Like virtually everyone else, I experienced a broken strap -- in the airport, last week, at the beginning of a trip. Also after purchasing in December 2015 and using only for travel. The stitching at the snapping point serves basically as a perforation, so it's only a matter of time, weight, and pressure before it goes. Since it's too late to return, I will avoid Rebecca Minkoff products from now on.

I have only used this tote for 2 months and the strap already broke yesterday. For the cost, the quality is very poor.

Loved this bag however I purchased it in April, and one strap broke this morning. It has only been 2 months and I will be calling Amazon with this complaint.

Like everyone else my strap also broke. And it was embarrassing carrying around the broken purse for the rest of the day since it was at the worst time for it to fall apart. Pretty disappointed in the quality of this brand. But did love the look and functionality of the tote before it broke.
DON'T DO IT!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I liked my bag however as sooo disappointed in the quality. After less than 2 months use, the strap broke off the bag, I would expect this is cheaper bags but not a tote over $100. Don't think I will be buying Rebecca Minkoff anymore...
