Didnt receive all I ordered as pictured

Backpack is great but didn't give 5 starts because the key chain didn't come as shown in the picture and had to return to get the specific one that I saw and wanted. Other than that good product and good customer service. Still waiting for the return so hope it comes as expected.Received the 2nd reorder today and did not get what I ordered. I specifically talked to a person who assured me without a doubt I would get what I ordered. Although the backpack is nice I'm very dissappointed!!!!Update: did NOT receive key chain as shown in picture although I was verbally told I would receive the correct order. Customer service is everything..... dissappointed in this company

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. The first purse I've been able to get her to use. She loves it. Very durable. Great price.

I was surprised that it came with the furry keychain. Itâs a bit smaller than I expected but looks pretty much like the picture.
