Received damaged product, has terrible smell

The size and shape of this purse is nice..but this purse was delivered in already bad shape! The little "closures" on one side of the strap that keep the strap onto the purse were completely off upon opening! One was just missing from the package so I couldn't put it back on even if I wanted to! I am sad to say that I can't get the strap to stay on with even the one closure. The purse is unusable as of right now, and I am going to have to spend more money to either buy a new purse or a different strap. Another concern I would like to add is that the purse smells terribly, almost like fish. I'm not quite sure why that is. I hope I can get the smell out if I end up getting a new strap. This would be a great bag if it wouldn't have arrived already damaged and stinky.

I love this bag. It's big enough to hold all my things plus some, but not too big. My only complaint is that initially, there was a chemical odor, but I got it on a Friday, aired it out Saturday and Sunday, today's Monday and the smell is gone. I think I may purchase additional colors.

Was a bit disappointed with this bag. I could not get rid of the chemical smell and after only using it for a week the zipper broke. However the side pockets are great and it's quite large but doesn't look it.
