Sizing way off!

In what world is this a 26 short. For reference I'm 5'1, ~ 100lbs, and the jeans that I'm wearing in the picture are Levi's mid rise skinny, size 4, (purchased a couple years ago). What's particularly frustrating is that 26 is the smallest size they offer in these jeans, (and so many other levis jeans I see on Amazon). Also, as you can see, the "short" length is at least 4 inches too long for me.Guess Levi's doesn't make jeans for someone my size anymore. Or at least they don't offer them on Amazon of they do.
Affordable, comfortable work jeans
Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2018
I work in construction and blow through jeans fairly quickly. I recently gained weight and need to replace most of my work jeans. Iâve always been GAP loyal, but this season the bootcut is way too wide. In an attempt to broaden my horizons, spend less money and find a better fit, I ordered the classic bootcut from Leviâs. Theyâre stretchy and soft without losing shape by the end of the day. The bootcut is very subtle and I donât feel like Iâm wearing bell-bottoms.I have two complaints: 1) They are short. I am 5â6â and the size 27 has a 30â inseam. This just grazes the top of my foot, so when I sit or squat it looks like Iâm getting ready for a flood. 2) Crotch sag! I donât know what causes this. Maybe they are too loose around the waist and falling down? I have to hike them up and tighten my belt (which doesnât help the length situation).I just ordered another pair in the long length. Hopefully they will work better for me. My thighs are bigger than my waist, so Iâm not sure how to resolve the crotch problem. Suggestions are appreciated!
I'm so happy to be wearing Levis again!

I had been a loyal Levis purchaser for 25+ years. A couple of years ago I needed new jeans so I went to the mall and tried on some women's Levis jeans. They fit well but the denim felt so thin and cheap that I ended up not purchasing them. For the first time in years I purchased another brand of jeans. After losing a little weight I needed jeans again so I decided to go to the mall and try on a few pairs of Levis to see if I could find something I liked. I had previously always bought Women's 515's which have been discontinued. I tried on a pair of Levi's Women's Classic Bootcut jeans. They fit well and I was happy to see that the denim felt heavy like it used to when I bought my old 515's! I purchased one pair of jeans at the mall and then ended up purchasing four more pairs of the same style from Amazon. I wanted to make sure I was stocked up just in case they go back to the thin, cheap denim again!
Really nice pair of jeans

Great fitting jean. Bought my normal size and it fit as expected. It has some stretch for "bendability" but it does not loose its shape. Washes great, it did not shrink in warm wash and fully dried in dryer. Waist sits below waistline but I never have to yank on them to pull them up after sitting and then standing up.
I'm a size 14 with a curvy rear and love how these fit

I'm a size 14 with a curvy rear and love how these fit. They are just the right amount of stretchy, and I am not one to be a fan of stretchy jeans. I am 5'6" and found the regular length to be a bit longer than I would like- they do drag a bit. The dark blue does bleed some at first- watch light colors that come into contact with them.
Too Much Stretchy not enough old school Levi

Growing up, it was always a big deal to go to the Gap Store and buy your Levi Jeans. Best Jeans ever. I don't know if these are some kind of cheap knock off but it was more stretchy material and not enough original feeling Levi's that I grew up loving.Foreign language tag on the inside probably is a dead giveaway about the knock off status.
Great fit and great price!

These jeans are fantastic. I'm 5ft7, 168lbs. I bought waist 31/regular inseam because my last pair of jeans were this size. However these new jeans are just a tad bigger than my last pair, but I am sure once they've been washed and dried a few times they will snug up some. Great fit, nice stretch. Very flattering! Would highly recommend for the price. It's a great deal.
Go with the 715's
Reviewed in the United States on August 13, 2019
Bootcut's back and if you're going to go for it, get the Levi's 715 style. The waist on these old school bootcuts are higher than typical mid-rise, and not in a "high rise is back" sort of way, they are baggy overall, the "bootcut" is more like "flare" and they generally fit awkwardly, were uncomfortable and looked like jeans from another era -- and not in a good "retro" way.Consider the following a Levi's "meta" review and a bit of buying advice. I'm a Levi's longtimer. Been through some other phases, but have always come back to Levi's. However, as many reviewers note, Levi's fit and sizing seem to be all over the place now. I've tried on all sorts of styles, sizes, and colors from Amazon (13 pairs ordered and returned this round), from the Levi's website, at Levi's stores, Macy's, JC Penny, Kohl's, Target and Walmart. It seems that the way the jeans are named, the fit and the sizing vary depending on where you buy them. Some stores even have their own lines, like Walmart's "Signature" and Target's "Denizen". On top of that, jeans within the same style are made of varying material combinations (related, it seems, to the color) which impacts how each pair fits. And, I'm not sure about this, but it seems like all styles are made in various countries, and where a pair is made can create a variance in the fit and sizing. Overall, I think this has served to "water down" the Levi's brand and deter brand loyalty as, for me personally, I can no longer recommend them across the board without reservation.I recently discovered the "Jeans Guide" on the Levi's site which provides very specific details for each style including, not just a detailed description of the fit, but the exact inches of the waist height and leg openings ( (although only some of the many styles available in other stores and other websites are in the guide). By comparing the pairs I own and love to those, I was able to figure out generally what styles might suit me, but then what I ended up liking varied greatly depending on the material / color combination. In the end, I've done a whole lot of ordering, returning and trying on to get just one new pair of Levi's that I am reasonably happy with. So, my advice: if you're new to Levi's, if buying online, you probably want to buy pairs with free returns and, depending on how much you enjoy going to UPS drop-off centers, if you're really hankering for Levi's in particular, consider shopping in actual stores, old school style. If you're a longtime Levi's lover looking for a new pair, forget your love affair with styles (and even sizes) past and look closely at the specs for the pairs you're considering and then same as above: try them on in a store or buy online with free returns.
