Good Size Bag with Good Organization. But (sigh) Missing the Strap.

It's a good size bag. Inside: one zipped pocket; two other pockets. One zipped pocket outside. And another kinda hidden outside section that has a magnetic snap. So good for organization. It's a good looking bag, although I'm not too crazy about the lining: brownish with the company's logo ChiBao written all over it.When I ordered, there was one bag left. My bag arrived today in opened product bag with the crossbody strap MISSING. I contacted Amazon, and they took care of this issue. But maybe in the future I won't order whenever there's only one item left. I hate receiving opened or used items! But Amazon takes care of it when this happens, I must say.Update: Nov 2018. I'm adding a star just b/c this really is a great bag. Great size. Roomy. I might order one in another color--stressing to customer service to make sure the strap is there. But this bag is pretty great. Waterproof. Sturdy so far.
Bigger than it looks

I cannot visualize size thru dimensions so when it came it was bigger than I had visualized. This is a big bag that holds lots and lots, the video was right about that. I put all my stuff in the main pocket, leaving the others empty, and it only filled it up about halfway. I could easily double or triple the amount of stuff in it. As I probably won't ever have that much stuff, it's a bit too big for me.The handle holes are big enough that I can put the bag over my shoulder using just the handles. I'm 5'2" and when doing that, the bottom of the bag hits me mid-hip. It came with a longer strap that would clip on the sides to go cross body but because the handle hole is large enough to put my arm through, I haven't used the strap yet.The bag is nylon, but not the nylon like they'd make clothes out of, it's the same nylon that they make umbrella's out of. There is some shine to it and it makes that sound when it's touched, just like an umbrella.I've had purses made of this type of nylon before and discovered (and suspect) that this purse is completely machine washable/dryer. If your lipstick ever melts it will be a breeze to clean.I got the navy and it's true to color.As it's a bit too big for me, and I don't like that umbrella sound, I'm only giving it four stars.

I bought this bag 3 weeks ago, and the lining of one of the side pockets already ripped (see picture). The only thing Iâve kept in that pocket is my Kindle- nothing sharp that would destroy it like this.Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I've been looking for a hobo bag to take the place of my Eddie Bauer bag and this is it! Most hobo bags have a zipper that curves with the top of the bag which makes it difficult to get things in and out. This zipper is straight and 2 inches below the lowest part of the curve. Can fit larger items in two slip pockets with magnetic clasp on either side. Conforms to whatever you have in it. This bag appears to be well made and sturdy. Also has a strap to use as a crossbody, but the handles are long enough for a comfortable fit on the shoulder. The handles are made of the same fabric as bag (not woven like the crossbody strap that came with it). I'll use the rings on the side to hook my keys to. Very satisfied. Delivery in one day for Prime Members. Can't beat that!

I love roomy purses - I carry a lot with me since I am always on the go and this bag had room for it all. I was able to fit my phone, tablet, wallet a snack, a pop, 4 of my reusable shopping bags and there was STILL ROOM. I also love the color - it is a bright pink which I love! Will be buying another one as a back up!

I was looking for a personal item that fit the restrictive size guidelines for European airlines but was still roomy enough for all my in-flight essentials. I also wanted a lightweight crossbody bag that I could carry securely as an everyday bag once I reached my destination. And I wanted something waterproof. This set of restrictions made for a difficult search, but then I found this bag and I knew Iâd found a winner. It is very lightweight, will not exceed personal item size even when fully loaded, has numerous conveniently placed pockets, and was totally waterproof, not to mention pretty stylish for a grubby traveler. It was also very versatile, nice enough to wear over the shoulder to dinner (with plenty of handle drop to do so) or across the body while out hiking through ruins or walking through museums. I highly recommend this tote for everyday use as well as travel.

Got this to use as my personal item for an upcoming flight. It's a gorgeous color, has a detachable should strap if needed, and it's roomy as all heck. Fits my travel pillow and has lots of room left over. Very satisfied!

We are going to be attending a wedding and I ordered this bag for all of the extra essentials as it looks like it could be raining. This looks very classy and matching my dress perfectly. A lot of room inside and and holds lap blankets, shawls, umbrellas and my dress hand bag. Would highly recommend.
