Pro: I love this bag and the many ways to carry it! Con: The zipper is stiff

As stated in the headline, the bag is super cute, very spacious, way better quality than I expected, and there are several ways to carry it with the multiple straps. The only reason I didn't five star this item is the zipper. It just simply never breaks in. It is always stiff, and I'm afraid every time I unzip/zip it that I'm going to break the zipper, given that I am able to even unzip or zip it in the first place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

The bag is nice, but the actual dimensions are literal. It is a very small backpack that isnât large enough to fit a standard binder. Also the main zipper is a little harsh, and the design of the top flap is very awkward.
