The bag is nice. It's light in weight.But the broken bag came. I guess who used it. There's a lot of scratches on the front of the bag, and Jacques is broken, too. There was no tag, and came without wrapping. So I will return it.

Looks nothing like the picture. Ordered this for my sis in law and was shocked to see that it looks completely different. Same colour scheme but I was expecting a chic sporty backpack, not like a freebie that you get at the perfume boutiques. This bag is not worth $20 in my opinion. I was very disappointed and returned it!
