handles broke off within a week

this was by far the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. the handles broke off...completely broke off within a week of normal use, rendering the bag totally unusable. total waste of money. Don't waste your money or your time.
Dimensions are misleading

I understand the need for outside dimensions, but interior ones are important too. Part of the reason I chose this purse was because it has that one big pocket inside, but the organizer I ordered based on the dimensions provided is WAY too big! In case anyone else has the same idea I did, here are the interior dimensions: 11 inches wide, 5 inches deep, and I wouldn't go more than 7 inches tall or it will stick out the top.Other than that, I think this is a lovely bag. The grey is lighter than pictured and has a purple tinge, but I still love it. The minimalist design is exactly what I was looking for. The construction seems durable, but I'll update this review in 3-6 months about that. The purse is very stiff, which is fine with me.The details under the handles are little pyramid studs instead of flat grommets, but I don't use the hand handles, so they cover them up anyway. The stitching below the handles is a little frayed, but given the price of this bag, it's something I'm willing to trim and forget. The hooks that the shoulder strap attaches to seem sturdy.All in all, I love this bag. I can't wait to start using it when the properly sized organizer gets here!12 month update: The shoulder strap clasp broke on me this morning. I've been really hard on this bag though, carrying tons of weight in it. I think if I had used it just as a purse instead of a makeshift backpu, it may have held up better. All in all I'm still pretty satisfied with this bag.

Amazing quality for the price! Looks more expensive than what I paid for. I've gotten tons of compliments. I've had it for almost 2 years and with nearly daily use it's held up very well.

I get so many compliments on this purse...so many. I really love how much I can put in it. I wish there was more separation inside and the front zipper broke the first day, but I just keep it open and always stick my phone in there (which is perfect for my phone). I also love how firm the sides are, they never wave or crease like other purses. I wore mine out pretty fast, but I am really tough on purses.

What a steal!!! I am looking for a new large but cute handbag since soon I will be graduating from diaper bags but need space and compartments for my little ones. This bag is perfect!I love-quality: very well made. Saw reviews from other people but for the price I could not pass it. I check mine and all stitches were secured and had my little one pull the handles as a test lol-Compartments: It has all the necessary compartments for the things I need to find asap- cell/keys/and one with a zipper-Size: The bag actually looks very narrow when open but it the sides open and stretch. See my pineapple picture for an idea :) there is enough space for me to put two small outfits for my babies/snacks/and a couple toys. Just what I need :)-Color: just as the picture- so many times it shows red and I get purple. So what you see is what you get.Suggestions:-Smell: It does have a strong smell, but this is something I am use to. Rub your bag with softener sheets and the smells comes right off.- There were white/green lines inside the bag. I think these are meant for the stitching. I was ready to hit the return button but I thought of seeing if it would come out. It came off right way.I just put an order for two more. Christmas gifts! *** Also!!! I love the note the send. They donate $2 for each bag purchased to the LA regional bank. First time I have seen this from a Amazon seller, another reason why I bought two more. Hope more sellers follow.***

What an awesome flash sale! Purse retails for $50, flash sale was $5! The purse is great, well made and sturdy. Love the red, perfect for the Holidays. Was very pleasantly surprised, and a free pair of very cute sunglasses to boot!
