Love this big bag. The strap is long enough for your arm to fit through. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I order this bag on 3/17/15 and didn't receive it until 3/31/15.

It came in good condition. No scratches. But whatever material it is made out of it does not seem very durable.I could not find a description of what the material is and in the picture it looks shiny. However it is very matte and it seems like it would be easily stained or scratched.It is big but not a good bag for anything other than books and papers in my opinion.

This bag looks like it is made from foam....it is nothing like leather or even fake leather. It is stiff, dusty looking and truly ugly. It is a great size bag - very big, but the handle drop is only 7" so it doesn't quite fit on your shoulder. I took pictures, hopefully they show how stiff the bag is - save your money! I'm in the process of returning it - but the label they sent me is not pre-paid and to ship it USPS it will be $19 so I'm waiting for them to send me a pre-paid label that is hopefully cheaper (since they deduct the return postage from my refund).

I love this bag! I use it for school. you can fit everything in here! I have a very large binder for all my classes, so this is like perfect. I'm actually thinking of getting other colors.

the paint from the bag remains on the clothes. it is very difficult to wash. Bad quality.

I just open my packaged that came later this (8/13/2015) evening. This bag looks AWFUL! It looks nothing like the picture. I knew it was a big bag based on the measurements. I thought it would have been more wide than tall, I guest I got the length and width mixed up. I hate it! Just what a previous customer said. The size of the bag is okay, you can put a lot of stuff in it especially tall things, but "it came scratched up, and it's ugly!" I didn't want to accept what she said so I told myself, "She unfortunately got a bad one, mine will be fine" WRONG! it's a very ugly, scratched up bag, and it looks worn on the outside and inside, and it has a crumbly like interior on the inside that appears as if it will wear very easily. Why would a company continue to sell a product in that condition? I agree with her, DON'T BUY THIS BAG! You're be wasting your time to wait for it to be delivered and then have to waste more time taking it back to the UPS store to return it. I HATE IT! I'm return it immediately!
